Every time I order from Herr they never cook the bacon the put it in my sandwich uncooked. I may not want my bread and or sandwich toasted but I would love to have my bacon cooked. Smh

Went to the subway in natick at 840 they would not let me in I called and the lady said there power was out wen I could see the lights were on I was outside the subway very rude to me the customer service was simply horrible never will I go there again thank you

They don’t “accept coupons” at this location and when they cut our sandwiches they have the knife in this water with sanitizer they don’t even dry it first so when they cut it a bunch of water with chemicals and probably sauces from other sandwiches go into my sandwich

I can’t believe the way subway employees don’t clean the cutting knife after using it to cut other sandwiches and when you keep using the same knife to cut the different sandwiches with all the dressings and the cross-contamination that are clear as day smeard and clumped up on the knife ! And you dirty nasty sick employees don’t have thare serve safes because if they did have thare serve safes they would know how to not cross contaminate ,,,,,, I cleary said please don’t touch my sandwich with the cut knife because off the cross contamination,, the employees in the Natick location can’t understand English and they all cross contaminate so be careful if contamination with food is a problem , if you can’t keep the food safe for customers to eat than you don’t deserve a job

I’ve been going here once a month or so since pandemic. Tonight I went in and owner was there. He immediately rolled his eyes at me when I walked in. I asked a question about how he was about to makemy wrap sandwich. He got real rude and snapped at me stating “how about you don’t have anything ” I agreed and walked out.

What terrible service is this? I pre-ordered my sandwich over the phone and 15 minutes later when I showed up there for pickup, it wasn’t ready. Infact, the walk-in customers were given a preference and I had to wait for 10 minutes more before they even started prepping my order. Tell me what’s the point of pre-ordering if we’re anyway supposed to go through the usual queuing?
