The employees were very nice. Reason for the bad review is the sandwiches were tiny. My wife and I both got sandwiches that were less than two inches wide. A foot long here is like a 6 inch at other subways

I’m only giving a 5 star because I had impeccable service from Easton, I do not agree that the location doesn’t accept subways coupons or official Subway Awards

Yesterday 8/19 went to grab a sandwich. Little did I know I’d be getting THE best sub I’ve ever had. The young lady attending, I believe her name is Alyssa. Greeted me and proceeded to make the most picture perfect ITALIAN BMT. I’ve had my fair share of subs on the road but this one somehow felt different. Still not sure how it’s possible but the sandwich was perfectly balance, every bite had all ingredients. I wish i took a picture.

Rude customer service, girl named Alyssa is pretty rude and giving attitude and rolling eyes for asking sandwich. What is your problem guys, you cant have that attitude if you want to serve people. If you hate your job just leave. And definitely management doesnt care at all if theres people like Alyssa working and nobody trains her not to be beach

Every time I come to this subway they are always out of the things I want. Like steak, chicken, ham, meatballs, and even bread. Gm needs to be fitted and replaced with someone who will keep things in stock. I understand in being cost effective but not at the expense of losing business.

I am beyond frustrated with my recent visit to Subway. The store was supposed to open at 7 AM, but the employee went on a lunch break at 10 AM, just three hours into the day! This is completely unacceptable. Not only did it leave customers waiting and inconvenienced, but it also feels like the store is missing out on business. It’s unbelievable that they would allow such poor timing and lack of customer service. Subway really needs to rethink their staffing and scheduling if they want to keep customers coming back. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

What is UP with this Subway?! My husband and I live in town and have gone to this location 3 times in the past 2 months, including our last time tonight, on 3/4/25. It was 6:00pm, and ONCE AGAIN, they were out of all bread (with the exception of only wheat), out of roast beef, out of turkey, out of vegetables. The poor kid behind the counter had to turn people away. Probably not what he wanted to do, nor did he want to have to tell the hungry truckers in line that there was barely any food in the shop. This location is unfairly setting their employees up for failure over & over again, by not having food available. This location needs to either get their act together and actually stock the place with food, or shut it down. There is zero excuse for you to be out of food time & time again. And it is ridiculous to expect your young employees to have to tell people they might as well go to one of the two other Sturbridge locations if they want to order food. New management needs to take over, and fast.

Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but Julia behind the counter needs a serious attitude adjustment. I ordered a footlong sandwich and she proceeds to make a 6″. When I asked her why she did that her response was “well didn’t you see me making it?”. No Julia, but if your company is hiring hearing impaired people then maybe we should know in advance so we can speak a bit louder. But I love seeing businesses supporting the ADA so I’m still giving you guys a star.
