Had a super random 5 star fast/easy food experience here at Mingo’s after reading the rave reviews. You can walk in or drive through to get your FRESH made to order burritos on house made tortillas. Lots of various meats and items you can select, all while watching the ladies cooking it up in old timey cast iron pans. The burritos are about 4-5 bucks each, I had one and my Hubs got 2. The salsa is fantastic and this place is an absolute gem in this area!

Stopped for my first time for breakfast on my way home from Terlingua. This place has an amazing and delicious selection of burritos. They have a drive though but I’m glad I decided to go in because I got to see the whole menu bar in front of me. The burritos were so good. This is my new favorite spot for food in Ft, Stockton. Also, they have plenty of parking and it was no problem parking our horse trailer there.

Living in San Diego I feel like an expert in breakfast burritos, the perfect after surf food. Mingos is legit. Some of the best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. Tons of variety, great prices, friendly service, fresh ingredients, it’s the real deal.

Unsanitary practices!!!
We were passing through and stopped by for some burritos. We were very disappointed. First of all, the lady making the burritos is not wearing gloves while handling the tortillas, and no hair net.
Since it does get busy the gentleman charging stepped in to help make the burrito for a drive-thru customer. He did not wash his hands to make the customer’s burrito and after that he went back to the cash register to charge us and handled the cash we gave him. Furthermore he went back to the drive-thru window and used his same hands, of course, to open the window. We never saw him wash his hands neither before or after handling the money or the burrito.
Neither the gentleman nor the lady employees, ever washed their hands even though there is a sink right there readily accessible.
This is why people get sick!!!

Really great spot to grab a quick bite !
Food was tasty, I had ordered 2 burritos with a side order of fried potatoes (country style). And liked them so much that ordered 2 more (to go). You may create your own burrito while ordering at the counter. Very affordable prices.

We stop here everytime we travel IH-10. They have the best Burritos. I like that they have filling for breakfast or lunch. My favorite has to be the brisket or the desherbada. Also the meat and potatoes. Plus the salsa is spot on.

Ordered a few burritos. Like a few of the other reviews already stated, it’s not the size of a burrito, it’s a taco.
Customer service, we were greated with a good morning. Yes the lady that served us was “a little tense” but I didn’t take it personal. It was busy! The drive-thru line was wrapped around the building including customers in the dining room and in line at the register. There were only 3 workers up front so they were just trying to get everyone in and out.
We weren’t able to get our “burritos” filled exactly as we requested but no big deal. We just ate from the choices the lady gave us.
We arrived 4 hours after open so our eggs were hard from sitting but everything tasted good.

Decent food, ordered burritos, smaller than what I’ve ever seen, was more like a soft taco, didn’t ask if I wanted beans or rice, but with tortilla used, it wouldn’t fit much. Small but good.
