I ordered online, a very simple blt with extra ranch.
When I got there a lovely lady greeted me warmly and complimented my hair! Great.
When I got home I saw my sandwich wrapped so cleanly and gently along with a side of extra ranch, just incase (IYKYK)
I could taste the love in this BLT.

Update: BEWARE of ordering thru App: I ordered the American club online for the first time through the subway app, didn’t work out.. thinking they can’t get it wrong since I’m stating what is on the sub – I did not want onions, but I got onions, and only 3, almost 4 tomato’s, and I asked for pickles, no pickles. If this happened to someone allergic to onions, you’d have a lawsuit… not worth the money and I shouldn’t have left a tip..
Updated added: I went in on my 2nd visit and ordered in person – had no issues, order was completed correctly, and the sandwich maker was very nice. If you get food here, don’t use the app, visit in person and you’ll be happy with your order.

What the hell is the problem with the worker at this place? I’ve never felt so awkward and unwelcomed. The most unfriendly worker I have ever experienced. As son as i walk she gives me the stink eye acting like I’m the jerk for ordering a sub. Literally huffs under her breath after every question. Slams the bread around. Throws the pan lids down. Everything started off fine until she “toasted” my bread and I use quotation marks because she just warmed up the bread. Next I asked for all the toppings besides one and she put them on unevenly across my sandwich. She put a decent amount of dressing on my sandwich but didn’t give me a bag for my sandwich AND my chips. I had to hold it all in my own hands instead of comfortably in a bag, plus I had a soda and my phone with no pockets so my hands were already full!! Also what’s up with the chip options, they need good chips like the dill pickle for example. I give this place a 2/10 it was pretty bad honestly mainly because of the worker that served me. I even tipped her and I wish I didn’t.

I stop in there once a week as I pass by the area while working. At least 4 out of 5 times now the bread is stale. It crumbles while you eat it and tastes old. Although I see the oven full of bread every day,some one is making it too far in advance or not rotating. I thought it was supposed to be fresh daily.??? For the roughly 9-10$ I’m going to look elsewhere for lunch. Disappointed!

If you want the definition of unfriendly go to Subway in Sunderland, I’ve gone here multiple times and had the same women, she is so abrasive and literally threw the bread from the oven to the line. While making my sandwich another order came in and she started making it which is completely fine but double dips her hands in tuna proceeds to start putting stuff on my sandwich with the same gloves on not serve safe and also just gross.

Nice little subway to visit. We live close by so it’s super convenient. I ordered online and arrived at the time my food supposed to be ready, unfortunately I had to wait 26 mins as there was only 1 guy making them. I felt so bad for him. But nevertheless the subs were great and customer care awesome.

I used to go here a lot but for the last 6 months or so the staff has changed and is really unfriendly. I showed them some coupons and they simply said I can’t use them even though I have been using them for 2 years. Extremely unprofessional. Will not go here again until they learn how to speak properly.

Stopped in for a 6″ veggie sub. Asked for extra cheese as no meat. (Other locations offer this) she said no, the owner chopes not to allow this unless you want to be charged extra. I asked for some veggies. Rang up at $5.09. Took a bite in the car..so skimpy I didn’t even get veggies.A shame really.
