We ordered 2 veggie subs. The girl was rude and when asked to put more lettuce on the subs she refused. My husband got stale bread and very little lettuce and I got none. The subs were very expensive at $22! We won’t be going back.

This place was so clean! The girls were so friendly and great with communicating with one another! The sandwiches were so good! Such a well maintain area I will definitely be visiting here a lot more! Thank you again to the two girls! Great job! 🙂

If I could share zero Stars I would! I had the unfortunate pleasure of ordering from Subway last night and there were only two employees were both under 19 years old we’re completely clueless, utterly rude, and did absolutely nothing to help us out. Just about every question I had asked they didn’t have an answer, or when they did they smirked and laughed period after almost a $70 bill they had told me that they weren’t accepting my points because I had already cashed out even though I had given her information at the beginning of the order. I highly suggest Subway works on their training of employees, the demeanor of their employees instead of hiring a bunch of children

I go to the subway all the time and the kids that work there are usually great and fast they keep the place clean they make the sandwich well. However today I went and there was someone new working a young boy with very big hair who moved very very slowly almost as if it was intentional and on top of that were these ratty rope bracelets that DRAGGED THROUGH THE FOOD while he was making the sandwiches. YES. I said something. No. I was not rude.
Hygiene folks. Important in the food service.

Went to get dinner a half hour before closing today at 7:30pm and told by the employee that he can’t make my sandwich because his coworker left early. Not very friendly and eye balled me as I walked out the place. Very awkward experience.

Made an order on the app and it was malfunctioning. Then I called up the store. And let them know exactly what I wanted on my sandwich because of the app was messing up and they still got it wrong… won’t be going back to this location

A gentleman Caleb is always AMAZING and happy to help me. The sandwhichs he has made me the last 3 times has been not only delicious but looked appetizing(not just thrown together). However today a young lady was working with Caleb and when I walked in didn’t even bother to greet me or say 2 words. Allowed me to stand there for 4 minutes at the counter until Caleb came out… she needs to work on her customer service skills, or at least learn to say hello when people come in!(did not get her name). The bread at this subway is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS, it’s the best tasting bread out of all the subways in Pittsfield. Would suggest to go here because of Caleb & the bread!!!

Usually i don’t write reviews, and I eat a lot of subway, so it was a pleasant surprise to be thoroughly impressed by the quality and care put into my meal. Our sandwich artist, Caleb, was not only super friendly, but also made a kickass sandwich. Definitely coming back to this one.
