The food was delicious except for the strand of hair from someone’s red weave.

The dining area was disguising. How is it that all of the tables, all of the chairs, AND the floor are all dirty at 3:30 in the afternoon?

Decent southern biscuits on the go, especially at T terminal where there is barely anything to eat (food desert). They have 2 screens to place your order which makes the line move fast! -I waited less than a minute- Service is nice. They have a side room for eating that probably needs a little refreshing but the traffic in T terminal can be atrocious.

Airport so can’t expect much but couldn’t order drinks, no one really to help. Took forever. Had 45 mins to catch connection when I got the food turned around to my gate I had 10 mins left. Biscuit was dry and hard, Mac and cheese definitely been sitting for a long time. All around bad

I have never in my life been to a Bojangles that doesn’t have sweet tea! There is no iced tea, just fountain drinks. I LOVE Bojangles so I was utterly offended by this place! There is no way to talk to a human so you can’t order things like bbq sauce for your french fries or take the cheese off the biscuit. Awful. The human contact is part of our culture in the South and putting all the human beings behind walls and technology makes this place awful.

Food is always good; the wait is always long. I am a glutton for punishment I guess, because I keep going back to this location as they don’t have one near my home. Service was not great previously, but has GREATLY declined since they have the iPad/touchscreen ordering system. It is like they don’t even care, and they kind of want to be rude to you to see if they can just reduce the number of people standing in line waiting. I have seen them just run out of chicken, but did not put up some kind of handwritten sign up so people would know, instead of waiting in line for 15 minutes to order only to find this out when you get up there. Time is limited between flights, so this information would be helpful.

Also the dining area is rarely cleaned I believe because of the way their area is set up. They do not have visibility to it unless they are walking to the stock room to grab something else and then their hands are full and they are in a rush because something is out of stock, so they don’t return to clean the area. I always carry Baby Wipes for my daughter and always have to use them if I want to even think about eating at their tables. They will close the seating area early too, so you have to also watch for this as well and have to plan to sit in another area. Again food great, service is like they have no manager to make sure they are treating people with respect.

They were out of almost everything. So I ordered a biscuit. The two people working there stood around talking while I waited over 5 minutes for a biscuit that was just sitting there. I asked if they were making it from scratch since it was taking so long. The woman says no, it’s right here and then I asked if I could have it. She gave it to me and said nothing. I asked why it took so long and she said she did not know. But it’s clear she did know. She ignored my simple order. They’d rather talk about looking good and a dope boy outfit than paying attention to customers. Napkins were out. I was not offered anything to go with the biscuit like butter but I was so annoyed I just left. Unacceptable.

Service was fast even though it was busy. The foods were fresh and tasty, though it is on the salty side. Not many seats available and they did not seem to be clean. A combo meal will cost $13+

Always fast and always busy! These biscuits just have a special way about them.

I only wish Carter Niebling could’ve come on this trip too. Unfortunately, he can’t leave the state of Arizona after a recent incident at PetSmart.

Make sure you try the chicken biscuit.

As a born-and-raised North Carolinian, I’ve had my fair share of Bojangles, but this one was a disaster from start to finish. I had to order from a tablet like I was signing up for a space mission, it took forever, the fries came out completely unseasoned (a crime in the South), customer service was awful, and to top it all off—they ran out of sweet tea. At Bojangles. In Georgia. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at one, and I left wondering if I accidentally walked into a knockoff “Nojangles” instead.

Very possibly the best fried chicken at the airport. The line was long. The restaurant ran out of thighs with wait time expected to be 30 min. The biscuits are so so but the max n cheese is good. Reasonably priced for the airport.
