I called this store 5x no one picks up. And can’t leave a message because it’s full. Not a good sign. This is what $10.50 extra large meatball and cheese toasted grinder looks like. I won’t be purchasing this again.

Mobile ordered, came in 7 minutes later, the order hadn’t even been started, the chinese old lady working there tells me that she doesn’t have to make my food until a certain time, very rude and disrespectful, she kept taking other customers, even though she saw that I was in a hurry, and it would’ve been faster for me to order in person, also she’s the slowest worker I ever see at subway. I always get the best service at all subways, but this one fell way below my expectations because of the poor service. Wasted 20 minutes of my time just sitting and waiting while other customers were being taken care of in front of me, do not recommend this subway, for your own sake drive 11 minutes down the road to the other subway, do NOT go to this subway, 22 minutes later food was ready

I ordered online today, April 3rd 2024. My
order was ready when i walked in even though i got there 10 minutes early. The older woman working was such a sweet lady. She made my day. I didn’t get her name but this was around 7 pm. Will definitely start coming here more 🙂

The store is understaffed and only one worker is there at a time. The food was probably the best that I’ve ever had from subway it’s just sad that there’s only one worker. Please hire more workers before you lose the few people that do work here.

I tried ordering online. I love the idea of it, the end result was horrible. 2 grinders ordered and a ton of mistakes. The online ordering is a great way to order any of their food items. You can choose the bread, the veggies, sauces, cheeses, etc. just as if you were there.
You can even save your grinder as a favorite if you order the same thing all the time.
The problem with not being there, unfortunately is that you can’t correct the order as it’s being made. You’d think it’d be easier for the creator to just read the list. It wasn’t.
One of them was supposed to be toasted, have BBQ sauce, and specific veggies. None of them was correct. Imagine if you had a BBQ sandwich with mayo on it instead of BBQ sauce.
The other had a specific instruction highlighted on the order list that was ignored.
An epic fail. The receipt had all the right information, it just all got dismissed.
Sadly, the online ordering will be useless if Subway chooses to not follow instructions.

Outstanding service! We visited on a busy Friday evening and only one employee, Brenda, was on duty . She did an outstanding job quickly taking each customized order, expertly assembling the sandwiches, and ringing us up. Our sandwiches were delicious.

The management/owners? Are extremely rood and give attitude to almost every customer that walks in the door and it rubs off on the employees. I had gone to this location numerous times all with the same result. The food is what it is subway it tastes like subway lol never a issue with the food.

Ordered online and got an excellent tuna sub. I suspect that not too many people do that, because it allowed us to cut a pretty long line. I imagine that this subway is popular among Wilbraham residents afraid to venture into Springfield. It is also close by to the line though, and near other shopping making it a convenient location.

The poor girl is working alone with no air and it’s sweltering in there. I couldn’t sit inside it was the too hot.
