If I could give zero stars I would!!! First time here and definitely my last!!! I ordered a whole turkey and cheese sub which cost $18, when I got home and opened it there was barely anything on it, maybe 6 slices of meat on a 12inch sub. Totally ridiculous!!! I will never go there again!!!!

I was there yesterday and ordered a cold half a sub with everything on it. When I was ready to eat it, the bread was flat and there were barely any lettuce, onions, tomatoes and mayo. It looked like a panini. I’ve had their subs in the past and never seen a sub look like this. Not sure if they are under new management, but i won’t be going here anymore. #verydisappointed

We ordered sandwiches for a meeting at work, however one of the sandwiches was not included. I simply brought the receipt back that showed the sandwich that was ordered and and asked for them to remake it. The person in charge at the time claimed they made the sandwich, but somehow it did not get to me. Instead of simply accommodating a customer, I was told to have a seat while the person in charge called the owner to look at the camera. The person in charge handed me his cell phone to speak to the owner (weird) and said they made the sandwich, which I am not disputing…what I am disputing is that I did not receive it, so why is it so hard to just say I’m sorry, let me make you the sandwich again? The best part is the owner had the audacity to say if they remake it I have to pay for it again…I already did, I showed them the receipt!
As somebody who is in the service industry and deals with encounters like this daily, it is not hard to just say “I’m sorry, let me correct that for you.” This was my first time here, I would have kept coming back over and over despite one mistake if they were willing to just make it right. Instead, the owner and the person in charge would rather argue with a customer and tell them theyre wrong. Because of that, they’ve earned a 1 star review and no more future business.

Just went to Sublingers… dirty, smelled weird, and the turkey was wet. Not juicy — wet. Whole place looked like a Subway graveyard, with old signs hanging like trophies. Cringe vibes all around. But hey — the lady behind the counter had gloves on, so… there’s that.

Haven’t been here in a long time. My daughter and I were in the area, she suggested subs.
Subslingers did not disappoint. The bread, fresh, meat was good, I enjoyed everything about my sandwich; roasted turkey, provolone, all toppings. We dined in because the atmosphere was welcoming.

I have been going to this place for years and used to absolutely love this place. And as of lately the quality has changed. I thought maybe it was just a bad day. I gave the place another chance. Unfortunately, I was reminded quickly why I stopped coming here. The sandwich I got was nasty. Maybe the quality of the meat is different and the sandwich was so bland. I think the lettuce was wet. But not the good ole Subslingers I used to remember. So I drive just a little further to Mr.Subs in South Plainfield!

I stop here as much as I can while I’m in the area for work. Friendly staff and delicious food. Everything I have tryed I fell in love with. I’m a huge fan of them. They never disappoint.
