I wouldn’t recommend trying to order on the kiosk inside the store. It took money from my account, but I was unable to receive a receipt and they couldn’t find my order in the system.

This is a zero nonsense establishment that makes exceptional subs. I came here as a first timer and approached the kiosk to order. One of the lovely staff members asked me if I would rather order with her than the machine, to which I replied “Thank you, & absolutely” She was very kind and took her time to ensure that I was attended to and that my order was precise to the very last detail. She was also very knowledgeable of each of the many available options on the menu. The individual that takes your order is the same individual that prepares your sandwich. Each of the staff members are aware of what you ordered to the point that they don’t even have to ask for a name. Everything is customizable, and no request is to large. This was a breath of fresh air and a one of a kind experience in a world were you no longer have to interact with your fellow human beings to get things done. I greatly appreciated your attention the (me) customer. This is also an establishment that believes in amplitude. Here at subs on the run there is no skimping on the ingredients, the protein, or the portions, and the bread is a work of art that firmly nestles the behemoth sandwich your about to devour. The small sub is a good enough size, but I’m a big believer in living life so I’m always ordering the large sub. In short, the staff cares, the portions are plentiful, and I will gladly return very soon.

New management. But same excellent service and excellent food. Please understand that you can order a healthy sub just the same you can order a hungry man sub. Check out my veggie sub. Broccoli, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, oh I almost forgot the best part spinach. And on white bread, I should have gotten it on wheat bread, but I’m weak.

Went here on recommendation when I asked who got fire meatball subs. Got a meatball sub and I would say better than average like say Subway but overall a decent sub. Just not great, sauce was tasty tho. The bread was on point and held up. They were really busy so it took a little minute. Will go back cause they cheesesteaks look fire. They have plenty of subs I would like to try out, nice menu. Easy to find location right off nw 7th ave and nw 28 st.

Well let’s talk customer service. This business hits it out of the park when it comes to customer service. They truly do go above and beyond for there customers.
As for the food it was amazing. A couple of my co workers and I ordered from here and everyone loved it. From the salads to there craft subs. They are killing the competition. The bread on the subs is so soft and delicious you have to try it.
We work in brickell so everything around here is overpriced and having this business close to us to be able to order quality food at a great price is key for us. They definitely earned our business. Albert knows his stuff and you can tell he knows how to operate this business! Keep up the good work.
