Mcdonald’s has always been a good go to for a quick bite to hold you over too dinner. However, my most recent experience have not been the greatest. Most of their food has become overpriced. What’s so hard about training your employees on how to make a special request? My wife only wanted to sub for mayo instead of ranch on the snack wraps Lmao it’s not that hard to do in all honesty it’s literally a button for it worked at McDonald for 6 years. Extra stuff added to my order, fries cold and not filled up (medium fry looks like an extra small cause its 3/4 empty, burgers messy. Nobody is ever friendly or nice and just seems they don’t want to be at work. Upcharged for extra pickles. But only get 3 pickles instead of 2 lol. Biggest joke ever giving fast food the bad name it deserves.

Update: I noticed that the owner (bot loves to respond to bad reviews with the following: “We’d like to look into this further for you.” This copy/paste response is meaningless (probably a bot). They will do NOTHING; they don’t care.

EDIT (response to owner): You didn’t read my review. I did contact McDonald’s to give feedback several times. I got nothing — no response. Case numbers: 33463651, 33548180, and 34138801.
Ordered on the app and paid. Went to pick up my food and saw the order was canceled (not by me). The notification said they would refund my money; they did NOT. I went to the restaurant and the combative manager said they didn’t do it and there was nothing they could do. I sent emails to McDonald’s HQ and they did NOTHING. Good thing the CC company could claw my money back. Took a couple months, but I got my money back. I will never go to McDonald’s again.

Everytime I go there there is always something wrong. I was short changed.. Last time I ordered and paid for 6 sauces. Never got them. Then this time I ordered a mcChicken with cheese and pickle….. why is there no lettuce? And the amount of mayo on here is absolutely too much.
