Was at a store across the street and decided to stop in, never been here before. Faith was my waitress, she was awesome, both friendly and helpful, great at her job! She suggested the Teezers for an appetizer, they were amazing! I had a special order cheeseburger that was made exactly as ordered, both it and the fries were really good!. The atmosphere was a little dark for 1:00 in the afternoon, and the prices seemed a bit high, but overall a very good dining experience. Will definitely be back to try other items!!

This is my sunday spot! Very pleased with the service here at Submarine House in Piqua. Prices are very affordable and food is delicious. Tori is the best at keeping up with orders and drinks. She always outperforms other servers and bartenders in the area.

I eat there once or twice a month! Ask for Tori, Faith, or Morgan .!! They’re of my favorites!!! But if I had to nit pick I’d say there’s a few waitresses who don’t really refill drinks unless you ask/hunt them down but otherwise just expect to spend about an hour there unless you go to be watching a game & then it’s however long your game is lol

The front-end staff were excellent, providing a warm welcome and being very attentive throughout my meal. The bar also did a fantastic job, serving up drinks efficiently and accurately.
However, the kitchen was quite slow. Despite the restaurant having only a moderate crowd for a Saturday night (definitely not busy), it took a surprising 35 minutes for my cheeseburger to come out. When it did arrive, the burger itself wasn’t bad, though it was a little dry for my preference. At $14.49, this burger simply wasn’t worth the price. The fries were a letdown; they weren’t warm and tasted slightly undercooked. Honestly, I’ve had better burgers and fries from chain restaurants like Buffalo Wild Wings or Wendy’s, which was a bit disappointing.
Overall, great service from the front of house and bar, but the kitchen needs to pick up its pace and significantly improve the quality and value of its food.

Food is always great. I should ask for less salt on the fries. Service is wonderful. Alaina, great job bartending for us! 20 beers on tap i think. 3 pumpkin beers right now in honor of the season. I started eating Submarine house at the original store on Salem Ave. Love the food.

I tried the Piqua location Friday evening to get a different atmosphere than the Troy location. This was my first time there. Food was great as always (same as the other locations), but our waitress really made the difference in the experience. Payton was warm, welcoming and friendly. She was really attentive, got our order perfect and checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. She made us feel like we were a priority, despite the large number of diners. When we got ready to leave, it occurred to me that she was the best waitress I had ever had. If I lived in the area, I would be a regular. As it is, I will return to that location the next time I have an opportunity. When she gave us, a card asking us to rate the service, be it good or bad, I was more than happy to oblige. Thanks to Payton and the team for setting the bar high, doing a tough job well, and making our night better.

Tori was a fabulous and attentive server. Our food was great (cauliflower crust veggie pizza – very good) and we were able to watch all three of our NFL teams at once making it a wonderful game day!

Service at the bar can be a bit slow if you sit at the corner, but aside from that the food is good, atmosphere is pretty chill for a sports bar (i generally dislike bars and especially sports bars) but this one seems comfortable. The teazer burger is definitely a must have.
