Wish the drinks were consistent. Yesterday, my nitro cold brew with sweet cream was amazing. Today, not so much. This is why I stopped going before, hate paying for “ok” coffee when you’ve had amazing from the same place.

Got to the till the one worker who was at the till not doing anything absolutely distracted by something noticed me walk up to the till and instantly told her coworker (Kailey) that she was leaving for lunch not really giving her a chance to say anything and just leaves taking a while in the back before leaving Kailey to the orders she was already making then to then deal with me. Not impressed by that attitude. BUT Kailey was amazing and so kind the drink she made was perfect! Just feel really bad because she already looked stressed because of her coworker just leaving all of a sudden. (The 5 stars is for Kailey only) !

2023 People are always friendly but I can’t afford coffee there on a daily basis anymore and now is just a treat. But I love it when I get it. I wish they would bring back heavy cream as this is my favorite addition along with nutmeg. I notice the lines are never long anymore which is good for me but not for Starbucks.

If I could give zero starts I would-
In line for over 10 mins while the employee is non stop chattering with the couple in front of us ignoring and acting like we aren’t there, helloooo you’re working not to be having a whole life convo. Or does she get paid to do this? The previous couple nicely greeted we were not but I can careless. It’s $3 Thursday this girl says the store isn’t offering that and tells me to go to Target since they do offer it what the heck! Ordered a “iced shaken espresso” with sweet cream cold foam and let me just say that’s not what we ordered she added whip cream or something because that is not cold foam.Check your attitude lady, you’re glad I was with my husband because I would of still be in that store. But why even waste my time with someone who can’t do their job right! You need to go back to training home girl!! ✌

Went to Safeway yesterday and got some Starbucks during our trip. Was met with exceptional service and coffee! The barista was very friendly and engaging while they simultaneously made our drinks. And when I got home and drank my Java Chip Frappuccino, it was very flavorful! Thank you Miles!

Great friendly staff. New location open as of 3/4/18. It’s a much needed upgrade. Now more able to serve needs at a greater capacity. The exterior leaving to the South is extremely busy. This is a great way to enjoy a coffee treat without a huge car queue.

My daughter is obsessed with egg bites so we find ourselves in this drive thru quite often. Service is always great and they’re so nice when the wait is long and often give gift cards or something for having to wait.

Friendly staff. But when asked about the first responder coffee, the employee informed me they don’t think they do it at this location and it’s only at the drive through. I know this isn’t true, since I’ve gotten it at other Safeway Starbucks and malls. I’m bummed she didn’t even ask her other coworkers. And bummed management didn’t make that more known to their employees. Def wouldn’t have parked and walked in and wait in line for that. Not just out here trying to get freebies, we ordered other things too. Merry Christmas…..
