New management same …they want you to order before you come but they DON’T answer the phone!!! After calling and finally getting an answer on the 8th try I place my order get there and still had to wait!!! I get home get 1 of my salads out and am greeted by a hair!!! You wait 25-30 minutes for an overpriced salad that wasn’t even made right which I could get past… but no now or ever will I eat anyone’s hair!!! They don’t wear hairnets which I thought was a mandatory thing!!!! I will never eat here again!!! New management yea right

Bad service, girl taking the orders ack like she is depressed and hates to be at work. No manners at all. Ordered a club, it has no roast beef, no mayonnaise. Just tasted terrible. I paid $20 for 2 subs and they are both bad. Y’all need to step up your game. It used to be better but now it’s worst than ever.

Stopped by today for the first time in a few months and the new manager assisted me! She was very professional and the food was great! I’ll be back! From the time I entered the facility I was greeted by each employee with a smile and friendly uplifting positive attitude! This is definitely the most professional and friendly Service From there in a while! Keep with this type of service and I will definitely spread the word Sub Station under new Management! There is life in this location again! Where ever you found the manager please make sure you keep her and all the workers. The team work I saw today with my visit Reminds me of the reason I loved visiting here. Definitely gained support of an old customer! Was definitely won over all over again

They were extremely slow and not knowledgeable about what goes on their subs. The menu is too large. They charged me extra for pepper and I had a total of 4 on the large sub. They did not put what normally comes on an all the way sub. I got home after a long wait with only 1 other waiting for food and absolutely no one dining in. There was no onions, green peppers, pickles, only a few tomatoes, no salt and pepper, no oregano and no oil and vinegar. I had to go back after they told me that I could not have a refund that they would make it again. This time they put mayonnaise on it and I did not ask for it and there were still no onions. It is the worse sub that I have ever eaten. The restaurant is very dirty and if the staff is not properly trained I do not see how they will stay in business. I do not recommend them at all even after they tried to fix my issue. I was very disappointed.

I’ve been craving a good salad and seen a post on FB about this place AND man let me tell you that salad BUMPED lol seriously the best salad around. My husband and I ate on that salad twice I arrived and was immediately greeted by the owner, my salads were ready to go. The owner was very nice, professional and accommodating of exactly what we wanted in the salad. Very yummy and we will definitely be ordering again and also trying some other things on the menu.

The website says they are open until 10. The open sign says open and I was able to walk in for them to tell me they were closed. Plus I smelled smoke that wasn’t cigarettes when I approached the two workers who were clearly standing outside so that they would not have to take anymore customers.

We tried to call our order in, starting from the time we left home (about 15 minutes away), until we pulled up into the parking lot. No one answered the phone. When we walked in the store, the lady at the front was on a personal call. She didn’t even acknowledge that we had entered. We had to wait another (about) 5 minutes until she finished her phone call. We ordered our food, and another employee came out of the bathroom, looking like she had been asleep. We received our order, and attempted to ask a third employee if we could have some more salad dressing. She first rolled her eyes and proceeded to walk away. Then she turned to look at us like we were annoying her. We just said forget it, and walked out of the store. My husband goes to this establishment often, and it’s always the same attitudes, and poor customer service. We will not be retuning.

Their food is good, but the service is so absolutely terrible I probably won’t go back anytime soon. I listed slowly and in detail what I wanted and had to repeat myself several times on the phone. After getting there the order still was not ready and my boyfriend was asked several times again what was on each sub. They were easy. One was meat and cheese only and the other was meat cheese lettuce tomato and Mayo. We got a meat with Mayo and no cheese. The food was good but the whole experience was disappointing:/

We have tried to give this place a chance! Our food is ok but lacking something. We like many reviews on here try calling but never to get anyone to answer. When we do and try to order what we want we have been told the following, Fryer is Down, Out Of Tomatoes, No this and No that. We have stopped coming to this place for that reason.
