I was skeptical about going to begin with because I had tried this place twice before and was less than impressed! This last time, I was a craving decent chicken fingers but I was willing to settle for tenders. I asked the cashier what their tenders were like and if they were more flat or just chunky pieces of chicken. The lady said they weren’t flat but they were good chunky either. Told them I was from Buffalo and showed them a picture of what I was looking for. The cook just walked away uninterested completely rather than sticking around to make what I was requesting. I ordered Buffalo lemon pepper and they were the absolute WORST tenders I’ve ever had! Not only were they chunky but they were small and they tasted and looked like they sauced the tenders in vinegar then dumped a ton of lemon pepper seasoning on top!! They were so small I should have just got wing dings …. Couldn’t taste any Buffalo sauce and I could have dumped lemon pepper seasoning on them myself at home! There was so much seasoning on the top that I didn’t care that there was none on the bottom. I was only able to stomach one of the tenders and that was only because I had the ranch dressing; which I had to settle for because their charging $1.50 for the worst blue cheese dressing on the market (Ken’s)…. Better off making it in house if the goal is to save money. I won’t be back…. Have the whole container away…. The only reason they got the stars they got from me is because they clearly hired a new girl at the register because her service was as friendly and helpful…. Too bad her cook didn’t meet the expectations, I may not have been so annoyed if he at least acted like he cared. He was too busy flirting with the maple heights police officer picking up her food I guess.

I was waiting there for around 45 minutes. When I asked around 30 minutes the girl got an attitude and went in the back. This is what I received they didn’t bother seasoning anything. And they just slapped it on there not to mention the portion sizes have been getting smaller. The shrimp are tiny and not even cooked all the way four seasons like it usually is. Pathetic utterly pathetic. Every time I drive by I’m going I’ll remind myself to never go there again. $17.26 for this garbage I could have went to KFC and got a classic sandwich meal for under $10. They literally boiled potatoes didn’t even match them up they were hard in some places and then slap some chicken and shrimp on and drizzled ranch. And they have a no refund policy and I was hungry so I ate it anyway but I should have just left it there even if I didn’t get a refund I shouldn’t have accepted this. That’s on me.

I will never eat at this place again. I was looking for somewhere local to eat and they were on the internet. I put up to subsidy went in looked at the menu the young lady at the counter took my order said 15 to 25 minutes. I paid her, sat outside in my car with it running in 25° weather for 25 minutes. I went in to see if my order was ready she said we haven’t even started on it, the receipt was stuck. It’s about three or four people that’s going to be ahead of you I don’t know when your food will be ready. I went outside and set for about 15 more minutes to get my head clear. I proceeded back into the restaurant and clearly asked for refund. She said we don’t give refunds you want to talk to my manager. I had this discussion with her manager and he stated the same thing. He also said he don’t know what to do about it but but he will go and check if he can speed up my food. He went in the back and came back out about 10 minutes later. He gave me my food but after this experience I didn’t even want it. I’m just being honest. Be prepared for craziness if you choose to eat there.

Run run run they will allow anyone to open a restaurant these days! I mean how do you have an unprofessional environment then take forever to cook the food only to behaving conversations customers should not hear and then as a door dasher they are slow they even had a girl trying to talk to me to keep my mind off of how long they was taking I ignored her too like come on this is a waste of time going here

I cannot speak to the quality of the food because I have never eaten the food here. I am here to pick up a food delivery, and the two Men who are in the back, are talking to each other about personal things, and using profanity, all while not noticing my presence, even though there is a bell that rings whenever someone opens the door. I will not return here due to the unprofessional atmosphere which makes me feel uncomfortable

Sub City used to be so good. The food use to be fresh hot and wasn’t burnt. It’s really shameful to see a great food location go out of business for horrible customer service and bad food. Get it together or just shut down. I really use to be happy to hit sub city whenever I came into town. I rather eat Charley’s instead !!!!!

The owner of this place needs to review EVERYTHING. Slooooow service, poor attitude, it’s not an inviting atmosphere. The food is not worth the price and the LONG WAIT. 35 minutes for 10 wings and fries.

DONT EAT HERE y’all let me tell y’all this my first and last time I ordered my food online and it was terrible not the Mobile App not Doordash I ordered a chicken salad with no HAM and the crispy chicken old somebody call Chef Ramsey no veggies no Tomatoes and I had a steak rice bowl rice not done about ten scrapes of steak no pinions no bell peppers nothing I ask for a manager the cashier told me that he was on the way he down the street I waited 40 more minutes Yall the. Owner never came I said y’all close at 11 how much longer it’s 10:03 she goes he not picking up I called my other manager Cam he said sign up on they mobile app and get ten dollars free I said I spent 36$ Yall not about to do that too me we all work hard for the America dollar she said I don’t know then we don’t do refunds I said I understand that but this is my first time here never knew you had this policy the fries I kept they were okay so the fries was 4$ so y’all gone keep 32$ of mine you know what Hamdullah keep the money Have a Great Day
