Wow. This place is simply incredible, I’m so glad I stopped by randomly. I’ve had so much Mexican here in Jersey and this is BY FAR the best and most authentic. Please order the “gringa” quesadilla with a mix of beef and chorizo. Only $9 for 2 huge portions (my mom and I shared) and I’m telling you it’s the best thing on their menu. If you’re in the linden area, please give this small business a try. I was so impressed and they are the sweetest to their customers!! They give so much meat in their portions I’m so happy I found them!!!

Unassuming spot with delicious food! I was in the area and stumbled upon this gem. The man who took my order had great energy and recommended an off-menu item which ended up being muy rico. I had a combo beef/chorizo mulita with an elote and enjoyed every bite!

THIS PLACE IS IN THE BACK OF A POLISH DELI. it must of have been the old deli’ kitchen. 2 little tables is you want sit. It is on doorsash if you want to order. The food was made fresh. The service was great. They have street corn. OMG delicious. I had the taco al pastor it was amazing we also order flautas. They taste home made. One of the best salsa verde I have ever had. The red salsa was burning deliciously. The agua de Horchata was good too but I like the agua de jicama better. The toco were so full of meat that I had to 2 out of one. The order was about 15 dollars. Inwill go back and try everything on the menue. Having the sandwiches next.

I was nearby and decided to stop. My first time here! I was a bit confused because it’s inside a grocery store. However, the grocery store is super clean and organized props to the owner! In the back is Rico taco. I ordered the tacos de carnita and they were super yummy! The staff very friendly . I would come back for sure.

I just moved to the area and was looking for an authentic taco spot. This place has the most DELICIOUS birria tacos. They’re so good, the portions are great, and the birria broth itself is amazing
The service is impeccable. They take their time on making your food which is likely why the taste is so good. The lady in the front is super kind and even gave us an extra taco. She said “so we can enjoy it extra tonight”.

We were visiting the area and came here because of the great reviews, but are honestly a little confused by them. Not sure if we came on an off day and I hate leaving bad food reviews, esp for smaller spots, but we were so disappointed. Service was nice, we like the low key location, and tacos are our favorite, but these were the most bland tacos. Upon opening the boxes, everything looked under seasoned. The birria tacos had zero taste. The broth was watery, translucent, and barely had any seasoning. The broth and beef packed no flavor unlike birria tacos we’ve had before. The chicken tacos were also bland and the hot sauces were just okay. We ordered take out and left a $10 tip on $40 total for nice service.

The place itself is inconspicuously stationed at the back of a polish grocery store but don’t let that deter you from trying the food. We’ve come here a few times in the past few months and it hasn’t disappointed. The food is super fresh, packed with amazing flavor, and the service is top notch! The very best birria tacos We’ve had thus far and made in an authentic Mexican way, not chock full of oil like these other wannabe- Mexican places serve. The consome to find into is so delicious and hearty and the sauces are super fresh and flavorful. Their Agua frescos are tasty and super refreshing as well to pair with anything spicy you may get. The elotes are awesome I just prefer tajin over a chamoy-style seasoning but that’s just my preference.

I liked this taco spot when it first opened. I thought the tacos were somewhat authentic and the sauces were good. Lately, the customer service in the place is horrible. My pick up order was an hour late and food is flavorless. The meat and the overall taco were dry, dry and some more dry. Please put some effort into your food and be nicer to your customers.

I just went to pick up birria tacos with my son at SU TACO RICO, they deliver a taste sensation with their phenomenal birria tacos. The sauces are a flavorful delight, complementing the tender meat perfectly. Plus, the top-notch customer service adds an extra layer of satisfaction to the dining experience.
