Food was good. Prepared quickly. Recommend texting in the order like she requests (it’s a little easier). Food had a little too much cheese for my liking. The Al Pastor taco was great. We also ordered the burria tacos and the chicken quesadilla, both were good.

food here is stellar! very authentic Birria tacos. Large portions and best of all… for to go order, they give taco toppings on the side. There is a picnic table outside to eat there. Not much of a wait either, maybe 10mins for a family order.

This taco truck is an absolute gem! The food was incredible — every taco and burrito was loaded with meat, way more than I expected for the price. Honestly, I almost felt guilty for not paying more because the value is that good. The ingredients were fresh, the quality was excellent, and you can taste the care they put into the food.
This is now a must-stop for us every time we’re in Dickinson. If you love authentic Mexican food with generous portions and great flavor, don’t miss this spot!

After a long drive, we were looking for something other than fast food and found Su Cocina by our hotel. It was absolutely delicious and of our 12 day road trip the best food we had! I had chicken and pork tacos and my husband had the quesadilla. Definitely recommend!

This is the best food truck we’ve ever been to, and we’ve been to a lot of different ones around the country. You have to get the lengua (tongue) tacos. It may sound kind of gross at first, but it’s by far the superior taco flavor! Also, the horchata is to die for. It’s super refreshing and so worth buying! They give generous meat portions with cilantro, onions, and hot sauce. The lady is also super nice. I dropped the horchata while grabbing it from her and she apologized at least 10 times, she’s so sweet. She gave me a new one and didn’t even hesitate when doing so. Highly recommend this place!

The food at Su Cocina was absolutely delicious. The portions were very generous. We had a steak burrito, steak quesadilla, chicken quesadilla and 3 steak tacos. Plus the elote special, flan and horchata. Everything was authentic and AMAZING!! The staff is very helpful and kind.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! The food is authentic and fresh and quesabirria is a go to every time! Amazing food and amazing staff definitely a favorite spot in town.
