Very disappointed with this delivery. My food was left on the ground outside my gate, directly on the concrete, and part of the order was thrown over the gate onto the ground, as shown in the photos.
This is unsanitary and completely unacceptable for a food delivery. I expect better handling and basic courtesy. I hope this is addressed so it doesn’t happen to other customers.

This location is absolute trash. In the 3 years we have lived at our house every single time we try to call they don’t answer the phone. Trying to order on the app is always an issue so trying to call them is always a problem since they don’t answer the phone and we wind up having to go in person. The last time we ordered food on the app and it worked, they delivered us our food wrong so when I called I waited on hold for 50 minutes before I decided to go in person and asked the manager why they weren’t answering the phone. He rudely said it wasn’t ringing and I said that’s funny and showed him I was on hold for 60 minutes at that point. I hung up and went to call right back and he took the phone off the hook because he knew he was lying. This location is bottom of the barrel lazy and incompetent. The manager refunded my money instead of offering to remake the food they messed up then blacklisted us. No apology. Absolutely world’s worst manager which obviously shows why this location is absolutely trash. Another occasion I caught the delivery driver tampering with our food on our doorbell camera and sure enough when I went in person to complain since they didn’t answer the phone this person was an actual worker and not a random doordasher. Again, no apology. Don’t order from here. They tamper with your food, never answer, make your order wrong and when you complain then you get blacklisted from them which is probably in everyone’s best interest since they can’t ever do their jobs right anyway.

Found hair in pizza, all 3 pizzas were burnt very poor service at this location.
We asked them to make all 3 pizzas well don’t not to burn them, so after I got home we opened boxes and notice pizzas were over cook and burned, also found hair in one the pizza. I called the store they said sorry we can’t do anything about it. Extremely poor service at this location. Review the pictures before you decide to order at this location.

I had a great experience with the staff at their new location. They were very professional and treated me with respect and courtesy. Ordered two large pizzas and they came out perfect. They make your pizza in front of you. It can’t get any better than that.

I can’t even rate the food, because it never came. I ended up making 4 calls to the location, and in the end, never got any food, and I have to wait until tomorrow to see if I can get a refund.

Found a hair in with the stuffed cheese. We ordered a sausage and pepperoni stuff crust pizza on the 6/21. We ended up getting a credit on it. So we used our credit on the 6/26. We paid to have it delivered. Gave the driver a tip. Got the pizza inside only to get a plain stuff pizza with NO toppings. Then we wanted to talk to an manager and the person said that’s what we ordered that day…we went round and round because we never order a plain cheese pizza. The employees put us on hold then came back we are not going to remake the pizza. Very poor customer service. We will never order from them again.

Update, second attempt: FOOD MADE ME ILL. Pizza was a bit burned but I believe the garlic crust sauce was brushed on *after*, not before it was placed in the oven (see box in pics). This stuff sits out all shift, it def needs to cook before being served so I woke up hours later running to the restroom. Pasta was also supposed to have extra chicken…see pics.

Ordered a pineapple and chicken pizza called because the pizza was missing the protein so when I called back to ask about the chicken, the individual, I believe her name was Brooke was extremely rude and arrogant. She started yelling at me and telling me to call corporate and to call HR and that she doesn’t care about my chicken pizza Where do you guys find these people? Thanks for nothing…
