Ok, just WOW. Truly a 5 star pirate experience here every time we come. Ambiance, service and food are great for a seafood restaurant. Food came out hot and fresh, our server was very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the peel and eat shrimp and po boys. Small kids can split a generous portion kids meal. We even got more shrimp to go cold for the boat the next day, soooo good!! We will be back!

Lightening fast service from our waitress. The fish and chips were excellent though we opted with the French fries to replace chips and it was a great choice. The fish wasn’t the standard cod, they served flounder. It was beautifully fried. The kids shared a kid meal and it was enough to feed them both and bring leftovers home.

Had a great meal once again at Stumpknockers. I start out by loving their great loaded salads. That salad won’t disappoint you! I had the popular “Catfish” dinner and it was perfect, great flavor and very tender (they also give you about “5” pieces of fish (well they did me). Wife got stuffed flounder and loaded baked potato and the great meal didn’t break the bank. Going back soon I hope. Great job Stumpknockers

Stumpknockers has become one of my favorite restaurants to dine in. The restaurant looks great inside and the staff was all friendly and willing to make sure you had the best dining experience. I ate the Louisiana-style gator, clam chowder, and a slice of key lime pie and they were all delicious. If you are in Inverness, definitely stop by and try stumpknockers.

Where do I begin? The fried catfish is amazing. The gator nuggets and shrimp cocktail appetizers were amazing. The Louisiana Gator was amazing. The portions are HUGE and the service is great. We’ll definitely be back.
