First time at this location, ordered everything bagel to be safe and I ordered a half a pound of egg salad. I like to assemble my own sandwich. This did not disappoint. The bagel was phenomenal. The egg salad was perfect. Will definitely be back. I did a review of Empire bagel If I was hungry I’d rather eat my own fingernails then never go back in that place. That’s a raw review. You only get one chance to make a first impression on a new customer. The staff was friendly. My order was taken quickly and the prices are more than fair

You have to go check out their new location it will definitely be my go to from now on. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We tried the chicken and waffles. Very big portion their batter was very tasty and fluffy. The chicken was perfectly fried! I ordered their bacon egg and cheese on a plain toasted bagel with a side of home fries. It was great! My daughter is a sucker for bagel with cream cheese so she ordered that and loved all the cream cheese they stuffed it with. Service and food was great we will be making this a weekly breakfast date!

As a NYer, I liked the bagels and the attitude from the girl behind the counter. Lox were fresh and the place was a quiet stop for lunch. One criticism, I ate and sat and left without a word from the counter. Not a real problem but a thank you and see ya next time would had me back again. I found another spot a few days later. That withstanding, good food at a decent NY price.

Great little spot. The inside is decorated with NY decor. The staff was nice. The bagels were so soft and good! I got the egg, cheese and bacon bagel. It was awesome. We got some bagels to go. They have a lot of choices for cream cheese and they don’t skimp on it. They have other food than bagels as well. We will be going back.

Fresh, chewy on the inside with just the right crust on the outside – exactly how a bagel should be. You can tell they’re made with care, not mass-produced. Great selection, generous toppings, and the staff is friendly and efficient even when it’s busy. This is one of those places you keep coming back to because it just gets it right.

Normally we do not do a review like this. We ordered the “Frank the Tank” which has 3 different meats on it. We were charged for it, but was only given a sandwich with just sausage and egg.
I also had to remind the cashier that I ordered an iced coffee as well, when saying I was all set.
The fact that we paid for a sandwich will extra meets and didn’t get it, shows a lack of attention to orders. I would recommend that you check your orders before leaving with to go orders.

The food is very good; I love the spinach and parmesan bagel. My problem with this shop is that they don’t respect their opening hours. It’s never open at 5:00 am, even though they say they open at that time. I work nearby, and I stop by there before going to work, but I always have to wait or leave because sometimes I wait until 5:27 am, and they still haven’t opened. Please If you can’t open at that time, you should change your hours so people don’t waste their time going there when it’s still closed. It also makes the business look disorganized.

This place is absolutely fire. Easily the best bagel spot in town. Frank the tank is my personal favorite on the menu. Sunday morning routine at this point. Try this joint out you definitely won’t be disappointed!

A lot of times they mess up my orders.. like a lot. I just noticed the last couple times I got my everything bagels, they’re not completely coated with everything bagel seasoning like they used to be. So I get home with the everything bagels and there basically normal bagels because they have little to no everything seasoning on them anymore. If they would stop messing up orders and fix this issue they would move up to a 4 star in my opinion. But again they always mess up orders

Edit: Spanish girl who is always there got an attitude and literally walked up to register to customer before me licking her hand to get cream cheese off. There was tons of people in restaurant and I didn’t want to call her out in front of everyone but she got attitude with dude who was asking questions and unfortunately you can’t hear when the radio going right at the register.

We ordered sausage, egg, and cheese bagels, which were surprisingly large. We took them to go. They also have a wide variety of options, including coffee and fresh juices.
