On point! Discovered these guys at a car event. They did everything right and the food was amazing! I’m a big carne asada guy, and I crushed those. But they also encouraged me to try the VIP, boy was that a tongue ticking surprise, it was so good! Gotta check this truck out.

I visited this food truck at a time when nobody else was there. I ordered 4 Carne Asada and 4 Al Pastor street tacos. When I got home, they had given me 6 Carne Asada and only 2 Al Pastors. I don’t know why there was a mixup because nobody else was there. The food was good but the mixup on our order bothered me.

THE BEST AL PASTOR in Utah County! I have been a long time customer and decided to have Ricky Cater my wedding reception . I consider Ricardo a friend. He has reinvented tacos for the state of Utah. Do yourself a favor and try the campechano with cheese and the al pastor. They also cater so we have Ricardo and his family bring their food truck up to Highland once or twice a year for a proper neighborhood party.

Hands down best tacos in Utah! I drove hundreds of miles and absolutely had to drop by for some foldable face hole stuffers from Tarricasos. Turned down free lunch to drive 30 minutes and stuff myself with these Tacos. If you’re in the Payson Utah area and you don’t stop here for tacos you’re wasting your life and your taste buds will hate you. The Utah tourism board should include Tarricasos on the highlight reel.

This was a hard review to make. The staff was really really kind but the food was just bad. We ordered some burritos and quesadillas and the cheese was really off it tasted like melted kraft cheese which completely ruined the flavor. My kids didn’t want to finish their food because of that and i spent well over $40 so I was super bummed. I am willing to try this place again for the tacos to see if maybe thats the good stuff but as far as anything involving cheese, it’s a no for me!
