I saw that this location had just recently opened & wanted to give it a try. I was informed by the staff that it had only been about 2 months since they first opened their pizza shop. I also noticed that some reviews of the location & restaurant were mixed some good some definitely not so good unfortunately. Well, then I had to see for myself & make up my own mind if they were true or not. I walked in to place an order so that it would be as fresh as possible. I believe that I was helped by a young gentleman named Weston who was very helpful, friendly & courteous explaining this to me on the menu I had questions about etc. I placed my order for 2 single topping pizzas with extra sauce then just waited patiently in the lobby. He said that it would take about 10 to 15 minutes if that was okay & I replied with sure not a problem. When it was all said & done they looked perfect & taste even better. I will definitely be returning to this location especially since I also noticed that they stay open until 11:00 PM. Thank you again guys for the great customer service & hospitality!

I ordered a future order at the store for 5:45, and upon my arrival I found out the stores power had gone out, and their ovens had gone down. The staff members were clearly stressed but helped me to the best of their abilities. I did have to wait a good while, but the food was great, and the service, although scattered, was amazing. Will be coming back!

We had a large meeting planned that required 27 pizzas by 10:45 am. Marcos pizza in Saratoga Springs knocked it out of the park! Not only did I receive updates on my order, but it was exactly on time, hot and they brought plates and napkins for us! This was my first experience with Marcos, but it definitely will not be my last! Very impressed!!

Lousy sandwich, we got a steak and cheese sandwich. There was hardly anything on it. There was very little meat, some mushrooms and just enough cheese to keep it clumped together. This was a mostly bread sandwich. We were excited to try Marcos, but this was very disappointing and we will not be going back. Save yourselves the disappointment.

I’ve noticed the way this pizza chain has expanded in the last few years and now that it’s in our area we figured we would give it a try hoping it would be better than it was. Most everything about the entire experience was subpar. We ordered delivery and ordered four different kinds of pizzas, two cheese breads, and a bunch of extra sauces to give them a try. The cheese breads were DRY DRY DRY!! Basically just dough with nothing on them other than what seemed like about a handful of cheese in the middle. The pizzas were a little better at least in the middle where all the toppings were. LOTS of crust! About 25 to 30% of each pizza was just crust. Definitely one of the worst toppings to crust ratios we have ever had on pizza. Thank goodness for all the extra sauces we ordered that gave all of the excess dough we had on our plates some flavor. I think we will be giving them one more try and order a few of the specialty pizzas that we didn’t try this time and hopefully next time turns out a little better than everything just being thrown together in a hurry the way it seemed like it was this time.
The delivery time was only about 25 minutes but honestly I would have loved for it to have taken an extra 15 minutes or more and had a better quality product for my family to eat.

I can’t believe the price of this pizza. I’ve had Marco’s before and really liked it, so I was willing to pay a little more. However, it did not live up to the price I was charged. It wasn’t all that great and I could get more pizza at Little Caesars for a fraction of the price.
The place was dead and Little Caesars was hopping- should tell you something. Don’t waste your money.

I came here after a really long day and then found out that I actually ordered to the Cedar Hills location and the sweet person helping me (Haidee) was so patient and kind they helped me reorder and then they called the other location and canceled my order. She was so thoughtful on a day when I really needed it and when I got home the pizza was fresh, hot and delicious! We will definitely be back.

Marcos pizza has great food and usually great service. I waited an hour for the pizza and was told it was on its way. Then, after waiting for it and having the “delivery” take 30 minutes (I’m 5 minutes away), they called me and told me they cancelled the order due to the oven being broken. I’m not mad about the oven situation, I’m upset they made me wait an hour and told me it was out for delivery all to call and say the oven broke. Like, either it was out for delivery and went to the wrong house, or it was never complete but the status and what they said did not align. Overall, just disappointed that one way or another they lied.
Edit: Weston from this location reached out, sincerely apologized, and made things right by helping me with my following order. I truly do love Marcos pizza and love ordering their food. Was disappointed by my last experience but they more than made up for it and tried to showcase extremely positive customer care. For this I updated my review.

I ordered via phone (Dinner time 9/17) after receiving a flyer with coupons. The employee gave me a higher price and when I questioned it they said the flyer “is probably a typo” and charged me the higher price instead of the printed, advertised price. The employee also didn’t offer me the free crusting topper that I learned about only after placing the order. I would have wanted that had I known it was an option. Disappointed with the service.
The pizza quality was pretty good. The size of the large pizzas we ordered seemed more like a medium but I guess that’s just the way everything is going now.

I’m thrilled to have the best Marcos pizza place in Saratoga Springs!!! I’ve dropped Domino’s, Little Caesars and Pizza Hut just so I can enjoy the awesome hot Marcos pizza! We love the ranch dressing and jalapeño ranch dressing.
The only thing I’d fix is DoorDash- I hate that company with a passion!
