Nice treatment from the crew and fast service!
They serve you directly in your car.
Street Tacos Al Vapor is hands-down my favorite taco truck in Las Vegas! Everything they serve is always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I need after a long day of showing homes and running around the city. When I’m tired and craving something flavorful, filling, and actually nutritious, this is where I go.
Tonight I ordered my go-to: a chicken burrito with no sour cream and no beans, and as always, they got it perfect. Their green salsa and chips are unmatched, seriously, I could drink that salsa. And their homemade drinks? Elite. I got a horchata tonight and it was pure perfection. Not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and so refreshing.
The service is always exceptional, friendly, and professional. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell they put pride into every single plate.
I absolutely recommend Street Tacos Al Vapor as the best Mexican food truck in Las Vegas, NV. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
Can’t wait for the restaurants grand opening
The Food:
Alvapor’s tacos are on another level: perfectly seasoned, incredibly flavorful, and served on fresh tortillas that hold everything together without getting soggy. Every bite tastes like it was crafted with care. Whether you go for the classic carne asada, juicy al pastor, or their signature specialties, the quality is consistently outstanding. These aren’t just great food-truck tacos—they’re some of the best tacos in Las Vegas, period.
The Service:
What really sets Alvapor apart is the service. The staff treats you like family the moment you walk up. They’re friendly, fast, and genuinely passionate about their food. Even during busy hours, they move with efficiency while still taking time to make you feel appreciated.
The Experience:
The truck itself is spotless and well-organized, and the energy around it is always warm and inviting. It’s the kind of place people return to week after week—and once you try it, you’ll understand why.
⸻
Bottom line:
Alvapor isn’t just a food truck—it’s a Las Vegas must-try. If you’re searching for the best tacos in town paired with top-tier service, this is the spot. Don’t walk… run.
I was craving something quick, cheap & delicious — you know, that perfect street taco fix when you’re on the go. Pulled up, ordered the famous birria tacos like a true foodie.
The verdict:
• Flavor? Decent.
• Portion? Big.
• Price? A little higher than I expected for a street taco spot.
• Hype? I mean… I’ve had better, but not mad I tried it.
It hit the spot for a quick craving fix, but not quite the “I need to come back every weekend” level.
But hey — sometimes you gotta try it for yourself to know, right?
