Street Tacos Al Vapor is hands-down my favorite taco truck in Las Vegas! Everything they serve is always fresh, delicious, and exactly what I need after a long day of showing homes and running around the city. When I’m tired and craving something flavorful, filling, and actually nutritious, this is where I go.
Tonight I ordered my go-to: a chicken burrito with no sour cream and no beans, and as always, they got it perfect. Their green salsa and chips are unmatched, seriously, I could drink that salsa. And their homemade drinks? Elite. I got a horchata tonight and it was pure perfection. Not too sweet, perfectly balanced, and so refreshing.
The service is always exceptional, friendly, and professional. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, and you can tell they put pride into every single plate.

The quesabirria with conssumme is outstanding. We drive from across town just to eat here. The guys are friendly and the service is as quick as it can be given that your food is prepared fresh. If there is a line then you may be waiting a few minutes, but the food is definitely worth the wait. The aguas frescas are really good too.

I was craving something quick, cheap & delicious — you know, that perfect street taco fix when you’re on the go. Pulled up, ordered the famous birria tacos like a true foodie.
The verdict:
• Flavor? Decent.
• Portion? Big.
• Price? A little higher than I expected for a street taco spot.
• Hype? I mean… I’ve had better, but not mad I tried it.

Always receive the best service. Food on point and our only late night go-to. We have introduced many friends to these amazing tacos and my kid loves the quesadilla. Last night my employee ate every piece of his tacos de lengua. We had tacos de carne asada and quesadilla and tacos de birria. 100% go here! We ate so fast I forgot pictures.
