Good bagels, but get them to go. Had ordered an egg sandwich and normally if you don’t specify how you want them cooked, they are fried but not here ( scrambled ). I got it with just pepper but the sandwich was very salty, Bacon tasted salty as well. Inedible for me. So much for stopping here on my way to work. The coffee here is terrible as well, watered down and no taste. You would think they would sell better coffee ☕️ !!

Seems like they may have lost some of their long-time staff but the bagels are great and the service is good, lots of great lunch and breakfast options. Would give it five stars but the way can be long sometimes, which is actually the sign of a good bagel store.

This is more than a bagel store…it’s a very nice, large, and clean eatery…similar to a Panera. The menu is quite extensive with home made salads and cream cheeses. Their unique sandwiches are packed with meats and cheeses. But maybe most of all, this bagel store is family owned and pay attention to details and they treat their customers as if we were part of that family too. I highly recommend them for catering as well. Beautifully made platters and heroes were delivered for a party I was having and my guests enjoyed every bite!

Wait all day for someone to take your order, let alone the 20 minute wait for eggs… Eggs… it’s almost like hiring a bunch of high school kids and retirees with no management isn’t the best idea… Then again every location is like this so I’m not sure what I expected.

I came to store to pick up an online order. And the older lady, I believe her name was Diana, informed me I came 15 mins earlier than the pickup time. I said I will wait for the order to get ready. In between I kept noticing people came after me and getting their food one by one. But there’s no rush to start preparing my order. After waiting 30 mins, I went to the counter and asked her when I can expect to get my order. She told me “we are busy whenever we get to it we will make it. You have to wait for it”. So Rude and unprofessional!
