Reviews
Very good pizza, prices, & cozy NY-style seating.
You pick your options. As of this writing, they accommodate indoor and outdoor seating, however limited and “cozy” – not “cramped,” but room enough to enjoy a quick meal and a piece of calm from an otherwise stressful and busy world, if only for a few bites.
Their by-the-slice pizza keeps people coming back through their doors, and – from personal experience – their delivery is also a delicious draw. As a frequent enjoyer, I prefer their approach over most other bigger players in town.
Their menu caters to all appetites and sensibilities. But it’s the down-to-earth quality that keeps me coming back. 10/10, this pizzeria is doing it right.
The actual food itself, not bad. The crust was crispy, it’s better than chain pizza like dominoes but then again it’s also quite a bit more expensive. Considering the food alone, it is just barely worth the price. There are better options in Salem.
This brings me to the second problem. It took 50 minutes for my order to be ready. And I wasn’t exactly here at rush hour, there was one other couple in the restaurant. I have no idea what took so long, but it took nearly an hour to get a basic menu pizza. That’s really not acceptable for a place that makes nothing but pizza. We weren’t warned about any kind of longer than usual wait times, so I guess if you go here expect to wait 45-60 minutes if you order a fresh pizza, longer of they are busy. If you’re in a hurry, they can brush the flies off the stale pizza sitting out and warm you up a slice. I only recommend one person visit this restaurant in the near future, and that is the health inspector.
