While the food was good, I can’t honestly say that I believe it to be worth the cost. The fire roasted crust was by far the star of the show holding together what was a strong effort at making an authentic Italian pizza. The toppings seem crisp, though the fresh mozzarella was lacking the flavor it deserves. The tomato sauce was nicely seasoned, though a bit thin; unfortunately this led to the sauce saturating through the crust and becoming soggy instead of maintaining that fired baked crispness. That being said, I believe that this pizzeria will be successful with its niche clientele.

The pizza was very soggy and gave way to gravity! The texture was that of a wet napkin. The crust was pretty good though. I would say that it would have been better if cooked a bit longer!

Authentic pizza cooked in a beautiful wood burning oven. Had the red pizza with buffalo mozzarella. Highly recommended. Delizioso!
