Lucky to get some Thai food in Stowe. I had better traditional food but the atmosphere is good. I love the decore and Asian music. The waitress (owner) was nice.

I recently visited Stowe Thai Cuisine and was pleasantly surprised by how authentic the food tasted—it really reminded me of the flavors you’d find in Thailand. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and true to real Thai cooking. The server was kind, polite, and made the experience even better. Personally, I always look for restaurants that taste like the real thing from the country itself, and this place delivered. Highly recommend if you’re in Stowe and craving an authentic Thai meal.

Overpriced small portions. The food is pretty average and lacked fresh herbs. The dumplings were deep fried little tasteless rocks. The drunken noodles (pad kee mao) had very little chicken – I was left hungry. The red curry was nothing special. We will not be returning.

Ate here twice. I had the salmon the first time and the papaya salad and spring rolls the second time. The salmon was a surprisingly large portion, I couldn’t even finish all of it, and a little too spicy (even at mild) for me. The salmon and the papaya salad were a little too salty for me. Too many peanuts in the salad and the spring roll sauce. There is a decent amount of seating.

Food and service were okay, I got the pineapple fried rice with just chicken but I still got the shrimp with it. It wasn’t too big of a deal as I wasn’t allergic, I think the staff was training at the time and once they found out they asked if it was okay, I had already eaten the meal so it wasn’t a problem at that point. Overall it wasn’t too busy, the rice was a bit oily but I’d probably still go back cause it’s one of the few Thai places in the area.

Great authentic Thai cuisine not far from Stowe
main street. We had the Thai pineapple fried rice and massaman curry – both were very good.

The food is excellent here – fresh, heartwarming and the perfect combination of flavors. Some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, even better than what my friend home-cooked. We tried Thai teas, pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, massaman curry, mango sticky rice, crab rangoons and chive dumplings – all were delicious. Very cozy atmosphere as well, and our server was wonderful! I would like to come back soon

We had a very disappointing experience. The food was so bad that I literally could not swallow a single bite and had to spit it out. My daughter was afraid to even try hers after seeing our reaction. The flavors were completely off and not at all what we expected from Thai cuisine.
The server clearly noticed that we did not like the food — it was obvious from the beginning — yet no effort was made to address the situation. We were still fully charged for dishes that were untouched.
To make things worse, when my husband was paying, the staff member was laughing. When my husband asked why he was laughing, he responded casually, as if the situation was funny. It was not funny. It was disappointing and unprofessional.
We left feeling frustrated and unheard. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
Update. Thank you for your response. I appreciate you addressing the trainee situation. However, I still stand by my original review — the Pad Thai was inedible for me, and the checkout interaction felt dismissive. I hope future guests receive a more empathetic response when something goes wrong.

They need more people to cater, the wait was over 40 mins when we arrived, otherwise everything was good.

The food was absolutely legit — every dish was packed with flavor and clearly made with care. Everything we tried was delicious, and the quality really stood out. The space itself was warm and cozy, making it a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the meal. On top of that, the service was attentive and friendly throughout. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.
