I gave 3 stars because most of the time the pizzas have been good but this time I received a charred thin crust pizza. Called to inform the store and the manager said the thin crust pizzas usually have some burned pieces. He apologized and had another delivered. It had the same charred pieces. I called back and the manager asked me questions like do I usually order on the weekends or during the week and online or over the phone. Guess he was trying to see if it was because it was a slow night the pizzas were being left to stay longer in the oven. Not sure what that had to do with my pizza being burned. He was trying to convince me that the thin crust usually looks that way and I told him that I have ordered this same pizza several times from them and it has never looked like this. I suggested that their oven might need maintenance. I asked if he checked it before resending off to be delivered. He didn’t, but said he cooked the pizza himself. With his responses, I realized that asking for a replacement was only going to yield the same results and I had no intentions of keeping my family any hungrier than they already were. His solution was that whenever I order I should include a note for the pizza to be lightly cooked so it wouldn’t burn. If I have to request for my food not to be burned then this problem is more perplexing than I’d ascertained. Thank God for many other places to order pizza.

Placed an order on the mobile app roughly 4 hours before I needed it for a work meeting. 15 minutes before it was supposed to be ordered I receive a phone call from the store telling me they “can not” deliver to my address. Mind you, it’s the closest store to me and is only 2.7 miles away. A less than 8 minute drive. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t deliver to me, the app shouldn’t select your store to be the one I order from.

Ordered take out, a large Buffalo chicken pizza & cheesy bread sticks. When we got home, we noticed ZERO Buffalo sauce and hardly any chicken on the pizza. What we got was essentially a cheese pizza (no sauce) with some chicken. I called to let the store know and was no offered no compensation. When I asked for a partial refund I was told I’d have to bring the pizza back because they’d need to see it. I said I could take pictures but wasn’t driving all the way back again and was laughed at by the employee and told no it had to be brought back. The pizza on top of that tasted old and bland and customer service sucks here. We used to love domino’s and it has really gone down in quality. I suggest going to papa John’s instead.

Everyone there went above and beyond to make sure our pizza’s was perfectly done as well to explain why we couldn’t have our pizzas delivered 3 miles away.
The fact that domino’s has the line on my road and will not allow delivery here Is so absurd to me. The lines need to be reconsidered and definitely changed. Not just for myself, but because this store is actually loosing customers and money that could potentially be made with missing out on many homes right here near me that would definitely be ordering! Very clean store nice people, very organized. Domino’s definitely needs to make changes for this store for sure!

It took them 5 minutes to figure out the pizzas i ordered online were sitting in the heat area. The person who appeared to be in charge kept going off on everyone else in front of me and other customers waiting, when the things she was telling about did not appear to be worth making their branch look bad. To be honest, it just wasn’t worth the time to go there instead of another branch of it needed to get something from dominos. Not trying to be rude, but it was obvious they didn’t want to be there
