Amazing little spot! Loved it so much that we went back for breakfast. Awesome sandwiches made fresh and worth the wait! They have lots of delicious baked goods and options for snacks, drinks, etc. Highly recommend!

While on a one night stop from Bar Harbor to Smugglers’ Notch, and looking for a place to dine, my family and I stumbled upon this lovely place run by an even lovelier lady! The food was amazing, the kids wanted pizza and it was delicious, we live in Italy we do know what good pizza tastes like! We were treated like family; if you’re in the area and you don’t stop at the Stow and Corner Store is gonna be your loss!!!

My wife and I were passing through on our way from Maine to Vermont and saw Stow Corner Store was 10 minutes out of our way. It would have been worth adding an extra hour to our trip! The menu is incredible. My wife had the tuna sandwich (best she’s ever had) and I had the cheese steak which was so delicious. In addition to serving a great meal, Maureen made us feel like family and went out her way to make our stop truly memorable. Thanks for the chocolates too! A big thanks to the lovely gal that offered us directions to avoid Hurricane Mountain Road. Stop into Stow Corner Store…you will leave full and more blessed than when you arrived!

Maureen and Pat are friendly and welcoming. The jumbo English muffin is tasty. They have a great selection of t-shirts. The port-a-potty was extremely clean.

Drove up from Conway on whim and a recommendation. About 30 minutes in total over a frost heaved Rt. 113 wondering whether this was REALLY a great idea. Bluebird day with gorgeous vistas and snow capped hills made up for alot, but still…
Well, I’m glad I did. The quaintest little roadside shop in the area is a locals paradise. I wasn’t sure if I needed someone to vouch for me . I met Maureen the owner and ordered the seafood chowder as recommended… and it was fantastic. Authentic Maine. The menu board has quite a bit and even delved into Asian themes, who knew? Worth the drive.

Pulled up at 6 pm just as they were closing…. the owner asked what we needed.. told her we were just moving in and we were starving… she invited us in and even though I was willing to settle for cold sandwiches insisted on making us some of the most delicious rice bowls I’ve ever had.. her and her staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and stayed open an extra hour..great place, good food, and wonderful people

We were camping around there last year and we had incredible pizza at this restaurant. Everything was so great but the best was the owner Maureen who was so kind. We went twice in the same weekend. Highly recommand! Would come back if it was closer to where I live.

I came here randomly first thing in the morning with a friend 4 years ago on the way to a hike and ended up with a delicious from-scratch pastry and chatted with the owners.
I finally was able to come back recently and was happy to see how well it was doing. We ordered the Italian and a pastrami Reuben and both were delicious!
Highly recommend and hope to be back sooner next time.

M you wife and I visited today on a motorcycle ride…Maureen is very nice as well as all the staff!! Food was amazing and the menu is crazy good! Can’t wait to go back…thank you folks!!
