Such a pitiful restaurant outlet.
The ‘small’ size sandwiches were not available
Both my sandwich and the boneless wings were doused in a Buffalo sauce (their strong recommend) which was so tangy and vinegary, it was not edible.
Something seriously wrong in the preparatory

I ordered a “bacon 3 cheesesteak.” I got half-raw bacon, no cheese sauce, and it was TINY!! I ordered a “regular” size, and it’s smaller than the “small” I got in my last order. So, now I’m eating a kid size sub with no bacon and very little cheese. WHAT A RIPOFF!! I’ll go to local independent sub shops from now on.

Every time I have been there it is the same two woman who are extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in the outlets so I go to the food court a lot during my breaks. And every experience I have had here is terrible. Every time I have ordered, I am missing something or it isn’t the right thing I ordered. The ladies are extremely rude and are always just sitting there on their phones. Terrible customer service.

The service was terrible. We were helped by a girl named Katherine who spoke so quietly you could barely understand her, and on top of that, she had a bad attitude. While taking the order, she kept making annoyed faces and whisper-laughing as if mocking us. Very unprofessional. It was an uncomfortable experience from the moment we arrived.

Delicious cheesesteaks and fries. Unfortunately, the women working the grill are so confused, it’s as though they were randomly dropped there. They keep looking to the board to see what’s on the sandwiches, and there aren’t that many options . My husband has been waiting for 16 minutes for two sandwiches amd there’s NOBODY in front of him. Try Nathan’s instead.
