Great vibes great food. VERY WELL SEASONED! Our waitress Amiracle was very nice and politely answered all our questions. My wife doesn’t like spicy however I do. She brought out a separate bowl of spicy garlic butter for dipping. It was game on. Hands down the best seafood boil I’ve ever had.

Always a Great Experience for Our Family
We come to Storming Crab several times a year to celebrate different moments for our little family, and I can’t believe I haven’t left a review until today. The service is consistently great every single time.
I always order water with all the fruit from the bar, and Amanda didn’t bat an eye she brought it out beautifully and wasn’t stingy at all. It looked amazing!
The food was delicious and full of flavor. We ordered the #6 for three people and added sausage, plus an extra lobster tail since it already comes with two and we wanted to make sure my father got his own. It was perfect.
Highly recommend for great service, great food, and a great atmosphere.

We wanted fried catfish but this place is only half good if you want a seafood boil. We barely ate what we ordered due to it not being very good at all. The manager came to our table and ask if everything was good and we told her our concerns. Which were that the catfish smelled and tasted very fishy, which for a fisherman, means you do not eat it. The manager replied with, we are not known for our fried foods but instead for our seafood boils. I said okay and we discussed how bad we thought the meal was, even the alligator bits were very small, almost no meat, just batter. She said she was sorry and told us goodbye. Very polite and the server was pretty good as well, she was very attentive. As an ex restaurant manager for many years, I would have never charged my customers for something they did not eat at all but she did it seems without any remorse. So I payed a $51.00 bill and added an additional $10.00 for the server and left. We will not be revisiting this establishment again due to the fact that if a company will cook and serve a fish that even the manager does not think is any good. Then how much quality does the seafood have?? No thanks and please try to do better, with the price we pay to eat out these days, we deserve better.

The seafood is banging!! The establishment was super clean, and Amanda was one of the best waitresses. She took her time to help the boys get their bibs on for the boil. The seafood was fire! Literally, the Sam’s special is nothing less than slapping!! The family meal was enough to feed the entire family (5) with some left over to have a late-night snack. Juicy, seasoned to perfection. And it was deliciously fast. I couldn’t even believe how quick that huge tray came out! I will be back!!

We went to Storming Crab for my birthday. I had heard good things about it, and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was friendly and quick. Good atmosphere for the style of restaurant. We didn’t wait long for our combo (low country boil). Good menu options at a fair price. We got the crab legs, crawfish, shrimp with sausage and potatoes. It was more than enough for two hungry people. Seafood was excellent. The ” mud bugs “ were the best I’ve ever had. Sausages and were just right. The staff came out after our meal was finished in a fun and loud fashion. Chocolate ice cream dessert with a birthday sparkler. The manager even gifted me a lighted tumbler! I’ll definitely return to the Storming Crab. Highly recommend it for Cajun food.

We ate there for the first time and it will NOT be our last time going. Our server (Dana) was very attentive she kept our drinks filled and checked to make sure everything was good at all times. I don’t know about most people, but I don’t care to pay for food if it’s good and comes with good service. If you haven’t tried Storming Crab in Knoxville then you’re missing out. You go there you will get great food, great service, and a happy greeting when you walk in the door!

The service here was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, everyone was so kind and attentive. The manager three went above and beyond and surprised us with Christmas gifts, which was so thoughtful and sweet—it truly made our night special.
Our server, Mazey, was incredibly patient with us and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. She was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. Overall, the service was outstanding and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Great seafood for our region and a fun concept. I love that you can get as much or as little seasoning as you like (garlic and butter only for me). The garlic is cooked correctly and sweet. The welcome bread is decadent. Everything was cooked perfectly and was tender. The crab legs were a bit light in meat.
The atmosphere is bright and loud. That’s typically not my favorite, but it fits with the giant piece of paper slapped on your table and the gloves, bibs, crackers and de-veiners handed to you in a bucket upon seating.
The price was fair for the amount of food you received.
The beer selection could have been broader, but the available liquors were satisfactory.
The staff were kind and patient. One of our cohorts was a tad inebriated and continued to stuff himself 30 minutes past closing (he tipped accordingly). The crew still gave us some fun merch including a nice metal phone holder and a keychain. The merch had their branding of course, but it was minimal, making the items actually desirable. The phone holder was a beautiful matte mauve, and I use it daily.
Overall I would recommend it to my most discerning foodie friends.
