Highly disappointing!!!!! Arrogance to another level!!! Worst experience!!! The most rude customer service….last night we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza along with ceasers salad when the order got delivered the salad was missing, when we called stoner pizza they said it was their mistake and she forgot to put in the salad we did mention we would come tomorrow to the location and have the salad picked up personally, upon arrival the place was filthy it wasn’t cleaned for days there were 5 ppl at the counter all were extremely rude and denied to give the salad they asked us to call and talk to the manager and go through the process of refund anyways we got the salad but am definitely not going back to that place again and I suggest everyone to choose other eatery.

During a quick stay in Savannah, we ordered from Stoner’s. Damn, it was great. Got delivery over to the Westin Hotel on Hutchinson Island. Took less than 30mins and everything was perfect. Large NY style pie, Greek salad, and a Caesar salad. Fresh and definitely on time! Give em a shot.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…..DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! Inspite of reading such negative reviews online about this place yet we decided to order from here…..Placed an order for delivery for pizza and ceaser salad and staff forgot to send the salad, they send pizza and salad dressing but NO ceaser salad sent in delivery!!! Horrible experience and customer service!!!!

When we walked in there were no employees visible, a few minutes later a lady walked out from somewhere and greeted us with “what do you want.” We order a large Italian steak, the description sounded amazing, when we received our order, it looked ok. The pizza was a bit wet when we tried to pick up a slice, and most of the toppings slid off the extremely soggy crust. The toppings listed on the menu were, steak, bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, I would say that it was about 75% onions and 25% the remaining items. Not good! The atmosphere was cold and we didn’t feel welcome at all.

Stoners pizza put a flyer on my front windshield and it left marks and adhesive everywhere. Unfortunately it did not come off when I tried to scrape it off with my nails. I’m sure I can find a way to get it off but the issue is when I called to inform them of this and I was met abrasive and rude remarks from the person on the phone. I was told there was nothing they could do about that and then hung up on. While I understand that that’s nothing they can do about the actual damage I at least expected descent customer service and understanding. I’m highly disappointed with the customer service and the lack of care and respect.

Ordered delivery and it arrived in half the time and was hot. I ordered a 3 topping, pepperoni onion amd mushroom. They literally could not have put less on the pie….. Seriously not even 1 slice of pepperoni per slice, and maybe a piece of mushroom and onion here or there. Utterly disgraceful. A red baron cardboard pizza from the local grocery would have put this pie to shame….

When this place is on their game, they’re the best delivery pizza in town. But lately they have really been slacking. I made a to-go order this past Saturday, but after waiting 45 minutes it still wasn’t ready. I found out today they never canceled my order like they promised, and I got charged anyways.
Tonight I ordered another salad, and it was just sad. It came with a tiny pile of dry chicken on top the consistency of shoe leather. I had to wait for the kitchen to get fresh chicken, and even then, I only got about one chicken finger’s worth for a whole salad. I really hope this place gets things back on track soon, because I’m ready to write them off for good.
