The experience was great from start to finish. We were greeted and seated quickly, and our drinks were amazing, both the mixed drinks and mocktails were made to perfection. The steak was evenly cooked to a perfect medium, and the lobster fondue salmon was seasoned beautifully. The hospitality provided by the brand ambassador, Katie, truly elevated the experience. It was a great way to spend the evening.

We waited an hour to get our food. I was excited to try the steak sandwich when it came. There was very little taste. They asked what sauce we wanted and they brought a different one than what we requested. I also had a mock tail, and it was not very good.

Service was good. Was very quiet as to be expected on week night. I had he bigger and it was delightful.
The drinks were definitely overpriced considering the amount of actual drink you get (see picture of drink without ice)
The atmosphere was amazing and I loved the aesthetic.

The philly cheesesteak egg rolls and especially the filet mignon were cooked perfectly and the flavor was wonderful. The lobster fondue salmon was so tender and delicate. BIG props to the chef tonight.
Our waitress Kayla was phenomenal. Smiling, kind, quick and overall infectious positivity! This was the best experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. The waitstaff and food make it worth the extra few dollars more than the other chain restaurants in Erie!

Went to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill to celebrate father’s day! The staff was great and I was able to get seated right away in the bar area. The bar area had plenty of seating with a variety of tables, booths, and bar seats. My server was Isabella. She was great, I got very prompt service and she was very knowledgeable about the menu options. Several additional staff members, including management came by my table to make sure that I was well taken care of during my visit. I was even presented a Father’s Day $10 gift card for a future visit. The meal was amazing, I enjoyed a salad, the prime rib, mushrooms, and broccoli Everything was expertly prepared. There are many menu items available for everyone. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Erie.

We had reservations for a birthday occasion and after getting sat we waited 15 minutes until our waitress showed up without waters. She simply asked if we were ready to order. I requested lemon with waters and waters showed up without lemon. She told us that “ they ran out of lemons “. This was a Friday evening. After being offered bread the bread never came. We motioned her over to the table to inquire about the bread and she launched into an explanation about how the restaurant loses money on serving bread when it automatically gets served and not eaten. We had to remind her that she offered the bread in the first place. No offer or menu for dessert was provided even though we were celebrating 2 birthdays. The manager strolled by at some point without direct eye contact without stopping and mumbled about enjoying our dinner. The wait staff was observed being inattentive and hanging out pretty much with themselves. FIREBIRDS,, really?? Overwhelming disappointment…..

Beautiful restaurant, with a great vibe! We were there for our 25th anniversary. Appetizer of the bacon deviled eggs were great. I was looking forward to the prime rib but was seriously disappointed and couldn’t eat even half of it as it was pretty dry for such a thick slice of meat supposedly done at medium. The baked potato with it was really nice. My husbands filet was perfect and he really liked it. Our waiter Nick was the absolute best, very informative and engaging!!

My wife and I made reservations for my birthday dinner here. The atmosphere is very nice, and we were seated promptly and then greeted by Lisa, whose service was very skilled, attentive and pleasant. I had the bacon-wrapped filet with the $4.50 bleu cheese upcharge and a side of parmesan mashed. The steak was delicious and cooked to my liking, but the bleu cheese maybe looked and tasted more like a squirt of dressing than actual melted bleu cheese, I’m not sure. I normally like a salad with a steak dinner, and most places include it, but here it’s $8 extra so I skipped it. My Manhattan was $10.50 with a $7.75 upcharge for having selected Bulleit when Lisa asked what bourbon, which might seem steep, but it was a very generous and tasty pour. My wife enjoyed her Baja shrimp pasta, which also was generous. My birthday treat was a low-key presentation of frozen cheesecake bites with blueberries and strawberry pieces, which were good. Overall, a nice experience.

Absolutely amazing! Michael was phenomenal!! Never had to wait on anything he was on the ball! We’ve never been here before and I’ve lived in Erie my entire life for the most part, I was completely astounded at the quality of food the amazing professional chefs working, the quality of my drinks, the atmosphere, management visited to make sure everything was to our liking and super friendly and courteous, I will definitely be coming again!

We celebrated our anniversary at Firebirds Erie. The waitress, Isabella, was very attentive and friendly. My husband and I both ordered the 3 course meal and all was fantastic. The bacon deviled eggs were picture worthy!
