This review actually starts about a month ago. I placed a large order, and when I got home I realized they had given me a calzone instead of the stromboli I ordered. I called in, the kid was super apologetic, and offered to remake the order. I told him no, that I wasn’t coming back up there, and he said he would just make a note that next time I ordered I could get a free stromboli. Nice kid. Now fast forward to tonight… I called to place an order, someone picked up the phone then immediately just hung up. I called right back and a young girl answered saying “hello”. I asked if this was stoners pizza, she rudely said yes, to which I replied “well it’s hard to tell when you just answer the phone “hello” at a business”. I then tried to start giving her my order, and she had no idea what she was doing. She had to stop me like every other word and ask for help. Finally a young man took the phone and continued taking my order. Turns out it was the same kid that I dealt with last month. I ordered the 2 for $6.99, then my free stromboli. I clarified while placing the order that the stromboli comes with 3 topping, and he confirmed. I go to pick it up and it’s $16.75. I think it’s a little high, but know some of the stores in the shopping center add on an extra property fee. I give him $20.75 and he was shook…total blank confusion. Questioned why I was giving him the 75cents when the “total was only 16 and I gave him a 20”. I said “i thought it was 16.75″ he said it is. ♀️ He said ” so you don’t want change”. I said “yes…four dollars”. He tried to give me $3, and was confused when I corrected him… He gave me my receipt, and I noticed I was charged $1.75 for an extra stromboli topping- I knew the total was too much!!! I questioned him about it, saying “I thought the stromboli came with 3 toppings”. He said it did, so I asked why did I get charged $1.75 for a topping when I only ordered 3. Again, with a blank confused look, he shrugged and just said “I don’t know why it charged you”. Zero apology. Zero offer of resolve…. and the most annoying part, as you can see in the pic below, the stromboli is practically empty. There is literally ONE pepperoni, a few burnt chunks of meatball, and no trace of mushrooms. The air pockets of empty dough are bigger than the actual filling….a filling I was charged an extra $1.75 for with zero explanation. It’s a shame that this place is so poorly run cause the food is actually decent (minus this stromboli).

Five stars all the way! Stoner’s Pizza delivers excellence on every level. The pizzas are incredible—perfectly cooked and loaded with flavor. It’s clear they don’t cut corners on quality. My favourite is ‘no brainer’ and my husband’s is ‘Italian steak’.
Beyond the food, the owners are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They genuinely care about their customers and make sure you leave happy. Great food, amazing service, and a local gem worth supporting. Don’t miss out!

If you’re looking for good pizza, wings, bread you name it this is the place to go. They value their customers. My first time there they forgot my cheese bread. I called them and the owner personally drove to my house to bring us our missing cheese bread. That is top notch customer service and a business we will continue to support!

Place was great! We were in the mood for some pizza and we figured it would be here! The new owner Ben and his wife did a fantastic job, food came out fast and hot which was wonderful, especially for a Saturday night. Go see Ben at Stoners, they will take care of you and you’ll enjoy the meal. Especially the pepperoni pep-n-rollie and chocolate chip cookies

Overall I give this place 5 stars. We made a large order tonight for my grandson’s birthday. Got the pizza home and one of the pizzas had some items left off. I called the location just to let them know in a kind way. The employee asked for my phone number. Within a few minutes, I received a call from the owner, Benjamin. He offered to personally deliver me a new pizza. I told him we can still eat the one we have. He offered me a free pizza for next time and will throw in some extras. This was phenomenal customer service. The pizza was good but the customer service made it even better. I highly recommend.

I got a SMALL calzone my goodness it was anything but that. Talk about bang for your buck. It was extremely cheesy 10/10. I mean do you see that cheese pull! It was crazy good. Ordered for pick up it was ready in less then 15mins and was still piping hot when I get home.

You ever wish you could experience something again for the first time? Yeah that’s how I feel when I think about my first bite of this pizza.
All jokes aside though, this pizza was fantastic, and so was the service! I definitely recommend giving this place a shot if you’ve never been.
