This week, I went here for the first time since moving closer to Parker. The service was a tad slow to start but it picked up after I was sitting there for a few minutes. The skillet was delicious and the toppings were plentiful; nothing was held back. The french toast was also very very good, one of the better ones I have had at a local breakfast spot. I would definitely visit again and try one of the breakfast burritos.

And they say there are no responsible places left to eat in Colorado….. This place is quaint, affordable and absolutely delicious! They have an early bird special from 7-9am that is only $8 at a great portion size. I got the French toast special and it was *chefs kiss!* Also, shout out to my server Anna who was an absolute delight! Thanks guys, I’ll be back real soon!

Great breakfast restaurant. I had the fried chicken steak with eggs and toast. They actually asked me if you want your hash browns crispy or soft? Never happened in any other place. The green chili is superb. Service is fast and friendly.

This place was so great, I wish we weren’t just passing through town! The biscuits and gravy were amazing and the sausage links were delicious!! The side of french toast I got did kind of taste like it was frozen from a box, but honestly the nostalgic taste gave it points back lol. Great job!

Wow! We hadn’t been here in a couple years and were very pleasantly surprised at how amazing our breakfast and service was today! I had the California Benedict with a pancake and my husband had the country omelette with hashbrowns – both breakfasts were absolutely fantastic! The food was all cooked perfectly. Our server Lea was attentive and always hustling around. She’s fantastic! This really is the best quality breakfast spot in Parker!

Arrived around 12:30 on a Sunday. We didn’t have to wait too long for a table. Food was pretty decent. Service was great. All in all a cozy local place that I will keep in mind on those somewhat rare occasions I eat out for breakfast.

Fast food? I went early morning around 7:30 am to dine in and I was seated quickly which was great. There weren’t many people, just a group of people reminiscing about the past and a couple of other single people. I had high hopes for this place.
I ordered two different meals because I love breakfast.
The first meal was eggs, hash browns, bacon and toast. It came out quickly, too quickly and I mean like less than 7 minutes. That’s too fast.
The biscuits and gravy, eggs and hash browns came out quickly too and under 7 minutes. Gravy was just warm. Eggs were dry.
The hash browns for both tasted stale as if precooked and had some browning to it as shown in the picture in such a short time. The hash browns seem like they had been sitting out for a while and the same for the bacon. None of the food was remotely hot, considering how close I was to the kitchen.
Maybe it was an off day, but I did compare it to Waffle House which whips out the food. I felt the food was given too fast, tasted stale, and not hot.
