I ordered 3 deep fried turkey sandwiches, and they all look like this. This is disgusting, ridiculous and unacceptable! I ordered delivery through Doordash, so I’m unable to get to the store for a replacement, but Doordash has amazing customer service representatives, so they took care of it for me. The crew members at Arby’s should be disgusted with themselves personally. Your character and self respect shines through which ever craft that you choose to touch, so the employees at Arby’s are clearly losers!!! Where’s the manager at Arby’s??? Wait, forget the manager, THE OWNER SHOULD SEE THIS!!!

Their Roast Beef sandwiches are very small. They don’t fill you they’re so small. Prices are outrageous. Never going there again. It was like eating a Jr. Burger for kids. Wasn’t that good either. The Roast Beef at store delis are better. Must have fake meat at Arby’s. I hope they just close. Barely any customers either.

While I was waiting for the order- couldn’t help but notice the cook coughing in the food – right in front of her several times over the course of just 4 mins.

I could literally see the spit flying out of her mouth into whatever was in front of her. It was very loud and obvious.

Then I asked for a refund and cancel the order – they said they can’t do refunds in the store… very strange. This place owes me 14$ Still. 2/24/26

The guy at the window legit acted like he hated his life. Forgot half our food and was annoyed HE forgot it. We asked for what we ordered then he STILL forgot part of it.

I tried to get the new steak bites.. got 5 instead of the 9 that I ordered. Not only were they trash, but i had to spend hours on the phone to fix this. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else… notice how the “owner” has the same generic reply for every poor review.

Reminder to everyone — check your order before driving away. I ordered a turkey ranch sandwich without bacon. I got all the way home before discovering I was given a Ruben sandwich. I’m not a corn beef fan and even less of a marbled rye fan. Probably a great sandwich for some people but not me. Staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly, but for me it was wasted money, wasted trip. Lesson learned. Check the order before driving away!

First, I came in to order the new black Angus steak and cheese sandwich was looking forward to this and they were out already! Then I ordered a different sandwich. Also, we ordered shakes , out of the orange because it was seasonal, but they still had it on the window advertising it was still there. Once again we were told it’s no longer available another disappointment so then I went and had ordered three different shakes at the drive-through window. They said it’s gonna take him a bit because they were adding syrup in the shake machines so I pulled around to the front to wait. The young man coming out with food came up to us multiple times and said different food items. I said no Benny came up to me and said did you have? I said yes he then proceeded to tell me that they’re having problems with their shape machines and now I can’t get our shakes and I need to come in for a full refund. Total inconvenience manager on duty had no empathy on us waiting in our inconvenience. She did refund me for three shakes she gave me my food that was sitting out and all of it was cold. She didn’t make us feel like important and that they were sorry for the mishap. She said all I could do for you is refund so disappointed in the store so disappointed and management and the organization.
