Lily took great care of us! The food was so delicious! Very simple but done very well.
The bar side has a tavern ambiance that’s charming. I got the tuna melt and clam chowder as my meal, and started with the smoke mahi fish spread. If you like tuna I highly recommend the tuna melt!!!

We walked in and were greeted right away to sit anywhere we liked. The atmosphere is clean, well lit and very cozy. The soup is served hot (our table had the vegetable soup & Thai chicken, both equally flavorful and not over salted). We had the Turkey sandwich and Stone Turkey Club. I’m not a fan of rye but!! The bread is super soft and fresh, the lettuce, onions and tomatoes were super crisp and fresh. For dessert we had the bananas foster cheesecake and rocky road brownie, yummy!! Our waitress Savannah, was attentive, polite and welcoming; she gave great recommendations for meal choices. This spot is truly a hidden gem, come in and try it for yourself!!

Chelsie was genuinely one of the best servers I’ve had in all of Pinellas County. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming, like eating at home.
The food was amazing too. I highly recommend the spicy basil chicken panini with a side of one of their soups. Everything tasted fresh and homemade and with more than 30 soups they rotate through, I’m excited to come back and try more.
I left feeling full and satisfied, and without any of that heavy, uncomfortable feeling because they use clean, high-quality ingredients. Overall, just an awesome experience with exceptional service from Chelsie.

Don’t skip dessert. Our table ordered the rocky road brownie with a dollop of whipped cream and the bananas foster cheesecake. Definitely an awesome pairing. Our waitress Savannah was very knowledgeable about the menu options

This place is a hidden gem. I’ve lived in the surrounding areas for 30 years and never heard of it. It’s located in a blah looking strip but the inside gives the feel of old time English pubs with its wood and stain glass. It also is bigger inside than it looks from the outside.
The grilled cheese panini was so delicious especially if you add bacon to it. I was told the Reuben was very good too. There were many praises for the pasta salad and potato salad sides.
The sea salt caramel cheesecake and the banana foster cheesecake received praises all around too.
You are well fed (portions are big) for the prices you pay (lower than avg).
The service was very attentive.
I just wish this place was a bit closer to home.
I strongly advise you to check this place out.

I got the Italian panini w/a cup of the shrimp/corn chowder. Both were delicious, the sandwich was perfect!
My date got the Ruben and clam chowder. She loved her sandwich was good although it had too much dressing making the bread a little soggy. Her soup was quite watery for chowder which diluted the flavor.

Stone Soup Cafe is one of my all-time favorite lunch spots. I love that you can enjoy a comforting soup and salad combo—simple, fresh, and always satisfying. My boyfriend and I ate here tonight for the first time and it did not disappoint. We had the tomato and gouda soup, mushroom and brie soup, turkey and pear salad, and the spicy basil chicken sandwich (recommendations made by our amazing server Savannah who I’ll definitely ask for the next time we come in!:)) The portions were generous and the food was delicious. Can’t believe it took us this long to try this place!
