First time going in here and we had a great experience. It was crowded but we didn’t mind it. Staff was nice enough to clean up for us. We also got their custard which was amazing! Highly recommend to try their different kinds of custards!

Stopped by and grabbed a meal on the way through and it was pretty good. The food and service were both decent. The guy working was friendly. The Atlantic Cod sandwich tasted great as well as the Peanut Butter Mixer.

Food is average. Inside service it good, as is the drive thru minus one major issue. If you go thru the drive thru even if you are the only car in line they make you pull forward just to bring you food 30 seconds later. The drive thru is the most inefficient thing I’ve ever seen. No matter what, they have you pull forward. It causes a cluster f of cars at the exit. They should only pull you forward if your food isn’t ready within 60 seconds or the cars directly behind you has food already done. Plus if they mess up an order now you have to drive around again or go park and go inside. It’s a pain, and now the main reason I stay away unless I get out voted on where to eat.

I can’t believe how slow they were with getting orders out. My sister and sister-in-law only ordered fries, but they waited more than 10 minutes. I ordered for me and my husband, and the lobby was crowded, and I looked around everyone was gone except me. The patrons that ordered after me got their food and were gone. I stepped up to the counter and told them that I didn’t get my food and they asked me what did I order? My food was just sitting there. They seem very disorganized. I was traveling through the area and thought I would try Culver’s, but I must say that they left a bad taste in my mouth.

The best hamburger I have ever put across my lips. Ordered a ordered a double cheese butter burger. Can’t wait to go back. They even bring your food out to your table. Most friendly restaurant I have ever been in.its better than a 5 star in all categories in my opinion. There were 2 of us and only cost 17$ and some change for to big burgers, fries and 2 drinks.

This location was incredibly busy when I visited, and they actually ran out of seating for everyone trying to dine in. There were plenty of friendly employees working hard to keep the store clean, stocked, and organized though, which I really appreciated. The cashier did make a snarky comment about my ordering two carbs as a side, and actually missed something I ordered because he was talking over me to say it. I like that the fish dinner comes with a lemon to squeeze on it as well as two sides, and of course the frozen custard is one of a kind.

Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because they for got to give me cheese curds. But I called and the assistant manager drove and gave us the missing food. Couldn’t believe it. Super surprised she did that. Kudos to her.

Great food, Drive through should actually put napkins in your bag and ask you if you want catchup or whatever. And should not have a Sarcastic old man running the Drive through. If hes the owner, He should know better. And if he’s not sorry for your poor life decisions that you have to be working there at your age.

Best customer service I’ve ever had. I hadn’t ordered a milkshake here before and an employee brought me my milkshake that she had made herself along with a brochure of their milkshake and ice cream flavors, and gave me her recommendation for the next time I went in. It wasn’t unreasonably expensive, only like $12 for a combo meal with a large milkshake so like same price as McDonald’s except it was like real food instead of fast food. Definitely worth it. I will be back

I love Culver’s and thanks to this Culver’s in Columbus, Indiana, I got the chance to have Culver’s after last time having it 5 years ago in Wisconsin. Just as I remembered it, buttery, delicious, unique. Do yourself a favor and buy a Culver’s butter burger. The curly fries are really delicious too. The staffs are very friendly, helpful, and patient. The tables and the restaurant is very clean.
