This place is a great find. The food was delicious as we had the paprikash dip, soup, and a pretzel with curry dipping sauce. All of it was top notch. The ambiance is great with a fire going and a candle at each table.

Amazing building and bar. Our service and food weren’t as good.
We ordered a hush puppy app, but it was raw liquid cornbread mix in the center. We let the waiter know and showed him the center of liquid mix.
I got a brisket sandwich and it was terrible, the brisket was chewier than a car tire.
I never complained about the brisket despite only taking about 2 bites of it.
The wife got a Turkey sandwich she liked but neither of us liked the coleslaw it came with.
When our bill arrived I had to ask to have the raw hush puppies removed from our bill. Which our waiter did very quickly.

We had the best experience here. First of all, our server Bobbi was AMAZING. She was really kind and friendly and gave super fast service. Definitely one of the best servers I have ever had from anywhere. The food was amazing and really fresh. Everything was delicious. We had the paprikash dip, chicken pot pie, aged steak and for dessert a cake made from Guiness. I highly reccomend coming here for good beer, dinner, dessert and service.

The service from Bobbie was fantastic. Even though her cooks kept her in the weeds, she still had a wonderful and pleasant demeanor checking on the table often.
Inside is dimly lit, with wooden walls and shelves – outside is open and friendly.
Their BBQ Chicken pizza is the BEST one I have ever had!

Stone Mad Pub is a fantastic place to dine. The moment you step onto the cobblestone driveway and see the fire pit and grand outdoor fireplace, you feel transported to Ireland. The warm, inviting atmosphere inside only adds to the experience.
The food was outstanding. I ordered the chicken pot pie with a side of green beans, which came out piping hot and perfectly seasoned. As a nice touch, they even offered pickles as soon as we arrived. We finished our meal with a slice of strawberry cheesecake, which was absolutely delicious.
We arrived around 5 p.m., just before the rush, so it was a perfect time to enjoy the ambiance before it got busier. I can’t wait to return to this wonderful spot!

Party of six on a Monday night. Service was painfully slow. Paprikash dip was pretty good but needed another pretzel to go with it. We were promised “complimentary pickles” which never appeared. Entrees were pretty good, except for the 40 Day Aged Sirloin, which was about half gristle and/or fat which is pretty bad for sirloin. Brisket sandwich was good, burgers were good, pizza was good. Potato leek soup was okay, but needed more seasoning. Side of brussel sprouts was very vinegary. Second round of drinks honestly took more than 20 minutes to get delivered… they showed up after we were done with our entrees. Took them another 20 minutes to get us the check. The ambiance is very cozy and comfy but the slow service really killed things. The manager did credit us for the bad steak.

Even if you are not Irish like myself you owe it to yourself to check this place out. They have a bar in the front and at times they have live music. Also they have 2 different dining rooms. 1 with a fireplace and dimmer lights which is very romantic and 1 that is brighter and more festive and that has a bocce court. They also have a outside patio that is all made out of Stone and it also has a fireplace. In fact they were roasting chestnuts on an open fire when I was there 2 weeks before Christmas. I had a white pizza that was very delicious. Great service.

If you live in Cleveland and you haven’t treated yourself to dinner at Stone Mad Pub, what are you waiting for??!!
OMG—-first of all, we met Bartender Joe. He read me like a book—made me a perfect martini.
If you read my reviews, you know I require pure food prepared with heart and soul. Joe adjusted my order just the way I like it.
Now, let me tell you about the food: I don’t care what obstacles we have to overcome, I want to marry the chef. He/She/They made me the MOST DELICIOUS salmon I have freakin ever had.
I love my significant other but I want to marry the chef here.
If you don’t live in Cleveland, plan a trip here just for this restaurant. We are coming back!!
