Friendly staff and great atmosphere with the old music playing and so many wonderful foods to sample.

I had a piece of the double lemon pie and it wasn’t my favorite. It had a cake quality to the filling almost. Next time I come, I’ll definitely try something more traditional like apple or blueberry.

Stockholm Pie and General Store has excellent cherry pie à la mode! My cherry pie was the best cherry pie I’ve had in years and the vanilla ice cream was of high quality. (I recommend only the fruit pies, since my husband and I also tried the Swedish beef/meat pie and neither of us liked it.) ❤️

This is a fun store. I came in and got a slice of peach blueberry pie with ice cream. It came out to just over $10. The price seemed steep at first but it was worth it. The ice cream is great quality. The pie crust was tender and flaky. The filling was the perfect sweetness. The staff was great. I would eat here again if I ever come back through.

Wow, we walked into one side of this store without realizing just how big it is – and it is BIG! Multiple rooms and even a second story for seating (up a very steep staircase – I loved the USE EXTREME CAUTION signs). Indeed the staircase probably isn’t for the elderly but there is still plenty of seating downstairs too.

Lots of different “stations” with great local products – exactly what I look for. I got some local Wisconsin coffee from the cute little birch tree stand. There are cookbooks, cooking supplies, kitchen supplies, gifts and novelties, whiskey beer and wine, and that’s just in the first room!

The alcohol selection was especially great. Tons of local vineyards with Wisconsin and Minnesota wine – exactly what I want! Also interesting flavored brandies and rums, hard alcohol, unique brewed beers and ales, the whole works. Cheese and peanut butter too. Best of all, they have a daily tasting menu, and it’s BIG, so you can get a good sample of everything you want to try.

The next room is full of candy and sweets and treats, especially great for kids.

The end room – the biggest – is the cafe, diner, and pie station. They have a nice lunch menu, good coffee and espresso, and a TON of pies. Oh, and also ice cream in a variety of flavors. Soups, salads, sandwiches. What a place!

Great place to stop. The pie was very good and the food was well seasoned, well priced, and had good portions.
The sour cream pie had a lot of real whipped cream and a good crust.
The brisket chili had just a slight heat bite and good flavor. Handmaid veggie pie had a flaky crust and again, well seasoned filling. Definitely need to make a stop. Even the hot tea was Rishi at a good price.

Honestly the cutest spot ever! The bakery and cafe is adorable, and the bumbleberry pie was my absolute favorite. (Get it warmed up for sure!) The attached general store and marketplace are super cute too with retro candy, home goods, books, artisan provisions, and more. Highly recommend a stop here!

Excellent food and excellent people!
The pie was delicious.
But even more than that, we lost my daughter’s favorite stuffed animal and they were so sweet and helpful in getting it back to us!

Cannot go wrong on any of the pies the grilled cheese I don’t think it was actually worth the $10 but it is very tasty. That is strictly just my opinion. The espressos are amazing. The root beer is good now if you need wheelchair accessibility you need to use the back entrance there is plenty of room to maneuver. Once you’re in the only thing is if you have a big wheelchair, you will not be able to access the restroom Due to the space but if you’re able to get out and walk from the wheelchair, then you will have access accessibility for the restroom otherwise there isn’t any grab bars or anything and you would need assistance not a place for wheelchair and the restroom. Otherwise everything else is good. They apologize tremendously because the building experience is old

Best pie in America? Yes indeed. This place lives up to its hype. The diversity of pies is incredible, and it seems like each achieves an incredibly high standard. We had four in our group, and we each ordered a different kind of pie. I had white chocolate macadamia while my husband has Stockholm apple (essentially deep dish with crumble topping). Each slice was extraordinary.

Also, the general store is an absolute joy. All kinds of preserves, kitchen implements, and cookbooks. Quite a nice alcohol selection, too, with cold and room temperature bottles; they had numerous local ciders as well as New Glarus beer. They even had a fantastic cheese cooler that specialized in Wisconsin cheese (as is only right), and I bought an assortment.

First time visitor from Minnesota…. We loved the pie. So good. I even said it might have beat out Betty’s Pies and Rustic Inn!

I wish I can give 5 stars. I was a little turned off by the rude workers behind the counter cutting up the pie. When I was there it wasn’t crazy busy. Our daughter had called and said her car was leaking and I had to ask for a to go box.

The lady did not look up, smile acknowledge me. The guy finally gave me a box- I tried to interact and nothing. No smile, no hi, no nothing.

Please smile at people and be nice even when you are just a little busy. It goes along way.

Thanks for the pie though! Will be back in the fall!!
