First off when we arrived we were greeted promptly. Then our waitress was absolutely amazing. I used to be a waitress and I couldn’t ask for better. She gave drink suggestions, dessert suggestions. We both ordered the steak and it was cooked perfectly and delicious! The thin cut fries were so nice and crispy. I think when we come back I’ll order the cheese sauce on the side, not because it was bad but the fries were that good. We were full as can be but with the desserts they had to offer how can you not? They did not disappoint. A couple of guys in the kitchen interacted with us as well. Made sure to let them know how delicious it all was. We will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here! Wedge salad needed a little more flavor and salt but everything else was great. Bartender made a great off menu mocktail based on my preference. One of the only restaurants in Roanoke that can stand on its own vs. food from a bigger city!

My husband and I had a lovely night out at Stock. This was our first time and certainly not our last. Lovely atmosphere with a quiet bar scene. Comfortable, intimate seating perfect for a date night. The staff was professional and friendly. Wide selection of beer and wine as well as some house cocktails. We started with the bread and butter which was delicious. We both ordered the steak for our entree and they were amazing. Cooked to perfection. Looking forward to trying something new on our next visit.

As someone with Eastern European ancestry, I was very excited to discover a Scandinavian/Icelandic cuisine option in my area! I was even more excited to find they served whole trout on the menu and found it to be perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and well-seasoned.
Additionally, I tried the duck and pork blend meatballs which paired wonderfully with the lingonberry sauce. The house made bread and butter also complimented our meal well. If I had to complain about something, I would say that our dessert had a slight fry oil aroma, but it was the end of the night and even that was very good regardless.
We will be returning as there were many more things on the menu that I would like to try!

Both food and service wer great and I enjoyed my dinner. My only gripe would be that the Schnitzel breading isn’t very traditional for a Schnitzel.

My wife and I went for my birthday dinner. The restaurant is beautiful. I love the open kitchen concept. The food was absolutely amazing. Compliments to the chef! Wonderful ambiance.
