The food was delicious! They come out with complimentary bread, which is so good. And then we ordered a 6oz filet and a 12oz New York strip. Both were delicious. Sides are an extra $21/each. We got asparagus and mac n cheese. They were really good but that price seemed crazy. The steaks don’t come with anything, so if you want any sort of sauce on your steak, you’ve got to pay extra. I didn’t get any sauce on my filet, but it didn’t need it because I like steak more rare, so the steak juice was enough for me. My husband was very glad he added on two sauces on his.
The music was loud, but we’ve been to two locations and that’s just kind of their thing.
What really stood out was the service. Wow, it was exceptional service! Our waiter Josh was amazing and gave great recommendations. You can tell this is a top notch service place. They pay close attention to details and are always making sure things are being run smoothly.

A really fun and modern steak house!! They had a live dj and moody light. Our servicer was so great and attentive. We got the Steak Night dinner for 2 (Monday-Thursday). I loved the little burgers for the starter! The steak itself was cooked perfectly but I will say it’s pretty simple. They have dipping sauce for it but they don’t offer much for the dinner or 2. I would definitely come back here for the atmosphere and yummy food!

We ended up at STK Steakhouse, and from the second we walked in, it felt like the right move. The lighting was low, the music had that smooth, confident energy, and she looked incredible sitting across from me. I remember thinking, “Yeah… I’m really here in Utah”
Now, nobody warned me about Utah’s alcohol rules. I ordered my drink the way I would back home in Cali — confident. It shows up, and I’m staring at it thinking, “Did they forget the rest?” I’m used to a California pour. Utah said, “We measure with intention.” McKayla was laughing at me trying to do mental math on ounces like I was studying for an exam. Honestly, the whole thing broke any awkwardness we had walking in.
Our server, Mckayla, was amazing. She handled my out-of-state confusion like a pro — explained everything, kept it light, and made us feel comfortable. Not rushed. Not like just another table. You can tell when someone cares about the experience they’re giving you, and she absolutely did.
And the food? Unreal. Perfectly cooked steak, bold flavors, everything plated like it mattered. We kept sliding plates across the table — “Try this.” “No, try this.” It felt easy. Natural. Like the early days again.
Somewhere between my very responsibly measured cocktail and the cute macaroons, the tension we didn’t talk about just disappeared. We laughed. We leaned in. We remembered why we chose to try again.
Flying out felt like a risk. Walking out of STK that night, it felt like the best decision I’ve made in a long time.
Utah might keep the pours controlled… but that night? Everything else was overflowing with love.

We had an incredible dining experience at STK. The vibe is modern, fun, and upscale — exactly what you expect from STK — with a great atmosphere right from the moment you sit down.
The food had some real standouts.
The warm bread served at the start was insanely flavorful — soft, rich, and soaked in delicious melted butter. Easily some of the best starter bread I’ve had.
The caviar was creamy and salty — definitely an acquired taste, but very high-quality and beautifully presented.
The tuna tartare was amazing. Fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the mix of tuna and avocado was spot-on. The sauce brought the whole dish together. I only wish they included more chips because the chips were fantastic.
The steak and cheese egg rolls were crispy, but the flavor fell a little flat. With so many other great appetizers on the menu, I’d skip these next time and try something else.
The steak was good — cooked well and tender — but it could have used a deeper, richer flavor to really match the quality of everything else.
The pasta was creamy and rich, the parmesan fries were addictive, and the brussels sprouts were crispy and full of flavor.

We dined at STK on New Year’s Eve, and I truly cannot say enough good things about how well the evening was run. Despite the large number of reservations, the experience felt seamless and unhurried. Each course was timed perfectly—appetizers first, followed by entrées and sides, then dessert—without our table ever feeling overcrowded or chaotic.
The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. I ordered the seabass, and my husband chose the ribeye. I can honestly say I haven’t had seabass that good in probably 25 years. Considering how busy the restaurant was, you never would have known—it felt calm, attentive, and expertly managed throughout the night.
Bravo to the entire STK team for making our New Year’s Eve such a memorable and exceptional experience.

Food is good but so is other steakhouses nearby. We waited almost an hour to be seated after we made a reservation. I understand that it’s was around thanksgiving time but they were taking walk in as well on a full night. They need to have a better system.
Ordered wine, but the glasses were so dirty and you can see lints on them and water marks. Please polish your glass ware specifically when your prices are high. Spent $500 on 1 appetizer a chicken dish, steak and bottle of wine. I can go to Ruths Chris for $300 with probably a more comfortable set up. Might not be back for a while and give it another shot.

A wonderful restaurant! Everything we ordered was spot on and delicious. All ingredients were fresh and poignant. The apple pie in particular was incredible. It might be the single best piece of pie I’ve eaten. Overall, I have eaten similar quality meals for cheaper prices. Still a 5 star experience! Many reviews state the they had a poor experience, but that’s likely due to having excessively large groups. We had a very positive experience :).

The food is delicious one of the best steaks we’ve ever had! Prices were a bit high in our opinion for the sides.
Our waiter John was awesome and gave us good advice on the different items to try!
The only thing we didn’t like was how LOUD the music was, to speak to the waiter or to each other we had to talk very loud. Our waiter had also lost his voice from having to talk so loud!
A softer volume and choice of music would go a looooong way! We enjoy visiting with each other while we dine!

We were super excited to try this place as we’ve heard great things. We left pretty disappointed. Granted we went on probably the busiest day of the whole year, but the tables were so close together you could barely walk around them. We ordered the Delmonico and were not impressed. The outside was very charred and crunchy and the inside was pretty raw. We ordered medium rare and it was probably blue in the middle. The lobster Mac and cheese on the other hand was just about perfect! The complimentary bread was also delicious. We were very disappointed in our $100+ steak.
