Very cool and hip place. Chicken was cooked perfectly with the exception of a little too salty. Waffles and syrup were delicious but syrup was cold to the point that the waffle were cold in spots. Regular black coffee with absolutely luscious. My waitress was excellent. One of the two girls at the reception was so so. Live music was great! The bathrooms were nice and clean.

I was going back and forth between 4 or 5 stars and ultimately landed on 4 because the steak frites was good but didn’t stand out to me. The fries weren’t my favorite and were floppy. My server Amy was wonderful and provided another option instead of the fries. Apparently the fish is amazing; the guy at the table next to me couldn’t stop talking about it.

We ate brunch here for New Years. The food was fantastic and our server, Jarrett, was phenomenal. He was so much fun and really made our experience wonderful.
We started out with the whipped feta (outstanding) and my husband got the speciality butcher block burger. I got the veggie burger and we shared the eggnog crème brûlée. I’m certain I’ll dream about that crème brûlée.

The food came quickly and was delicious! Bailey was a gem! She gave suggestions and recommendations on great food choices. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Fair prices for nice portions of food. Excellent presentation as you first eat with your eyes!

Blown away by Stir. Atmosphere, food, service, they nailed it. Our waiter was kind and helpful, helped us pick out the most popular things on the menu. We ended up getting oysters, a garden chicken, and a chicken picotta as well as the crème brûlée all of it was drool-worthy.

The atmosphere was cool, very industrial modern with unfinished accents. They had all kinds of seats like high tops, regular tables, booths, bar seats. We didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes for our table so not bad at all. Make sure you pay for your parking !!

The Great and Not so Great
My wife and I stopped in for a drink and appetizer and sat at the bar. Our bartender, James, did an excellent job with both banter and drink prep. We ordered the truffle fries as an app. The fries were beyond disappointing. They were limp and had little flavor. Most restaurants use a double fry technique to achieve crispness so I was surprised that this seemed amateurish. My only other complaint is that the bar counter did not appear to be wiped down and I never saw anyone do this while I was there. This small touch would help. Atmosphere was great and service was great except for the dirty counter. A few little changes could make this place even better.

Amazing late night dinner for two in this fun place!

Waiter helped us with explaining the specialities and what they are famous for: craft ice, cocktails, and oysters.

GET THE OYSTERS. These are some of the best I’ve had outside of the Pacific Northwest. Sweet, briney and tender. We had the Canadian ones per our waiters suggestion and were not disappointed.

I had both mocktails and they were delicious. House made tonics were complex and balanced. Did not miss spirits in them as they both felt like fancy drinks.

Main courses were steak. Steak frites was generous and perfectly done. The homemade steak sauce was delicious and had a smoky sweet undertone that lingered. The filet and goat cheese raviolis were sublime. Perfectly done steak and al dente ravioli made for the perfect pairing. I was delighted as I never can decide what I want to order and this gave me a taste of two dishes!

The chocolate layer cake was dessert and was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve ever had. The whipped cream and Carmel
Sauce just put it over the top!

Fun open dining area made for a nice atmosphere. Would come back again and again to this gem of a spot.

2nd time here. Very active on a Thursday night. Lots of professional groups. It was 2 of us but we were still able to carry on a conversation across the table. Lots of menu options, cocktails & food. This will always be my first choice when in town.

I would like to start off with saying our server was phenomenal and was very on top of her game. I don’t remember her name but she was blonde with dreads. The crab bisque was splendid and the caprice was delicious. However the 65 dollar steak was so full of gristle, completely unseasoned and seemed to heavily rely on you using the sauce that came with it to piggy back the lack of flavor and cooked incorrectly, that a guiding hand seems to be needed in the kitchen. I ordered a filet to replace it and while it was good was also not something I would ever order again. I would gladly post if requested a 13 dollar sirloin that would blow both of these cuts of meat out of the water. The building itself seems to come off as an upscale old city establishment, but I would avoid having any sort of business meeting or celebration here. This would be a great place to have a drink from their spectacular thought out drink menu to catch up with friends, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything other than that.
