The restaurant is located far from the center of Belgrade, with very polite staff and moderate prices. The Karađorđe’s schnitzel is excellent, but the calf’s head in tripe (Teleća glava u skembetu) disappointed me – it felt like eating baked tripe, with very little meat from the head and mostly tripe dominating. It was supposed to be seasoned and baked, but it wasn’t, so that’s something to skip, as it’s quite average.
All in all, it’s worth visiting if you’re passing by.

Perfect place in the city, feels so calm and peaceful. Staff is really welcoming and kind. Food is amazing (veal soup, wiener schnitzel, chicken liver wrapped in bacon) and portions are huge. Prices are more than reasonable. Be sure to make a reservation if you plan to visit during the weekend.

Good but not great. Service is very good, parking can be problematic, prices are quite ok for Belgrade, menu is really rich with a lot of different meals, however the food is average at best. You receive a bucket of different kind of brad, but from yesterday – obviously not very fresh. Meat is a bit overcooked. Salad’s was tasteless, without any oil and salt despite the fact that we didn’t ask to be like that.

It is far out of tourist Belgrade, but maybe that is why it is worth going there because this is kind of the real deal and with free public transport in the whole city you just jump on busses and trams and you get around.
We came here and got seated and was kindly and helpfully taken care of by a waiter called Petar. He was brilliant and helped us navigate the menu and could also recommend wine and dishes and explain the various regional and local dishes.
What we got to eat was real good and tasty dishes and portions big enough to share so you can get away with a really reasonable priced meal.

Great tasting ćevapi, but looking at other plates probably even better choices of food to order. Friendly service, but lots of cigarette smoke (sadly still common in Serbia)

Rare fabulous experience of family dinning in Belgrade. Professional, fast and attentive service. Fresh meat, amazing grill, superb salads and choice of deserts unfound in Belgrade – over 10 different authentic traditional sweets to chose from. Real Serbian food with huge portions and reasonable price. Ask for a table outside or in the newly attached area for best comfort.

Nice domestic food, problematic parking capacities and service that can be improved. The restaurant is usually packed so waiting to be served has to be expected and waiters obviously under pressure. Any way food is really good so guests are coming back
