Let’s start with the phone call about making a reservation for our youth football party. The first employee was very nice, telling us about 40% for our Sunday pizza as long as we called to order Wednesday. We booked tables for the event. When we called on Wednesday to place our discounted order and confirm our reservation, the rude guy on the phone said the 40% wasn’t in fact valid and the other guy shouldn’t have told us that. Pretty sure that’s not our fault. He confirmed our reservation.
We show up with about 30 people on Sunday for our team Party. Not a single table reserved, then they said they had no reservation, then they watched as we set up a large section of tables on the patio. Nobody asked to helped us. My wife’s order was for gluten free pizza due to a medical condition. Her pizza looked very normal and gluten-y, so she asked if it was in fact gluten free, to which an employee said it was. My sister got a gf pizza about 10 mins later and it looked like a gf pizza. We took ours back to and the manager confirmed it was wrong and did have gluten. He offered to refund the gf pizza only. My wife just ate something she’s allergic to and you think $15 will cover that??? What a joke. Would never go back to this place, ever!

I’ve been a customer for quite awhile. Mostly pickup. But each and every time, staff on the phone and in person has provided top notch customer service. Pizzas are received as ordered and per the stated pickup time. Pizzas are gorgeous looking, not skimpy on the toppings, and tasty.
The pizzas are American style meaning it has a high gluten crust that gives it a more bready taste. Fresh out of the oven, it smells so good. The toppings taste and look like quality stuff. Yum. The menu also offers chicken wings, various sandwiches, cheese bread, and a salad bar.
The location has a nice size indoor seating area with TVs tuned into sports channels. Comfortable, family friendly vibes.

I’ve ordered from here several times and recommend the Garlic Ranch Chicken pizza. Instead of sprinkling cheese from the table, I dipped it in ranch sauce, which was a good choice.
The bone-in wings chicken menu were well-fried without any unpleasant smell, so I definitely recommend those as well. The displayed vegetables looked fresh.
Even though we were slightly past the Happy Hour, they still applied the discount, so we were able to enjoy our meal at a great price. We ordered a large pizza and 10 wings, and even with the tip included, the total was under $50.
I’m not sure if the drinks were included in the menu price, but we didn’t have to pay anything extra for them.
The four of us, including two kids, were more than full.

Went for the lunch and it was great. One trip salad with fresh ingredients and an 8 inch pizza. I choose ‘The Steve’ basically a combo. The only thing I don’t find top notch is the soda… very foamy and light in flavor.

I have never had a bad experience with Steve’s so far. The pricing is on par with places like Pizza Guy’s, which I consider to be something of a “benchmark” for chain pizza, but the food is *also* incredibly tasty. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the pizza always tastes so fresh when we get it. I’ve even done the “Too Good To Go” app with them when available, and those mystery boxes were always so much food for the price you paid.
I ordered Steve’s for a small party I recently held, and everyone said the food was phenomenal. I was even provided a discount code since I hadn’t been in a while. Truly a great way to feed a bunch of people delicious food. The staff is also very helpful, and the location is very nice (though I haven’t spent too much time in it). The pizza was delicious! We had 2 personal pizzas, one “steve” and one peperoni. They have stubborn sodas, I tried the pineapple cream. It was amazing! Very calm and quiet when we came in but looked big enough to be comfy during a rush. The employee helping us was awesome.

Ordered a simple cheese pizza with basil and unfortunately it was so well done that everything dried up and was slightly burnt. However, Steve’s provided great customer service and made it right. I can tell the flavors are there, so I will try again.

Tried spicy cheese twist really good just cooked a little too long. Half garlic chicken with Roma tomatoes instead of sun dried tomatoes and half all meat. Loved the crust and the garlic chicken was amazing. All meat good too but wasisding something. Love their ranch! Definitely returning
