I would give Steve’s a solid 4.5 stars. We ordered the Spud on a jalapeño cheddar bagel ($7.89) and the Marlon on an Asiago pesto bagel ($6.89). Both sandwiches were great; the bagels tasted fresh and flavorful, the bacon was crispy, and they were filling/a good size for the price. We waited 15-20 minutes, but some other customers who arrived after us were told they would have a 30-40 minute wait for any grilled sandwiches (so maybe not the best option if you’re short on time).

I love this place. This last time I tried asiago pesto bagel with scallion cream cheese and hubby had sausage, egg and cheese on pepper jack cheese bagel. Bagels are chewy and delicious. Cathy, at the register is a gem. She engages every person that walks in with a smile and genuine friendliness. Definitely go back again and again.

7/31/21 update: I ordered ahead was told 15 minutes got their and still waited another 15 minutes. With only few other ppl their. That’s a little ridiculous they White it out all their prices and charged me over $7 for a breakfast sandwich mind you it looked nothing like the previously picture I posted it was sloppy and by bagel was border line soggy. I would expect better quality from a place that makes bagels

Ordered a sandwich on a bagel and two bagels with cream cheese. They gave me three bagels with cream cheese so I went inside, told them they didn’t give me what I ordered, showed my receipt and one of the employees accused me of trying to get free food?? They made me the sandwich I ordered and the bacon wasn’t even cooked and it just looks gross (see photo). Such a shame because I used to love this place but the new employees absolutely ruined everything. Steer clear of this place. Contrary to the reply below, I wasn’t given anything for free lol I paid for two bagels with cream cheese and an egg sandwich which I have a receipt for. Which is why I had to go back inside when I realized I was given three bagels with cream cheese and after explaining this, I was accused of trying to get free food, which I wasn’t. Just trying to get what I ordered. Additionally, the employees took the extra bagel with cream cheese back. Not sure what they did with it. Probably served it to someone else. So once again, steer clear of this place since the employees are absolute trash and the food is as well.

After getting to try a sandwich from my other family members I decided to come out and try it on my own, given that the one I had the first time was so good, I couldn’t wait to get one for myself. Unfortunately, today I was disappointed with not just only my own, but the other items my siblings have gotten. We drove to this establishment to order for the first time, the lady taking care of us was very sweet! Although I would recommend to not offer to hand deliver customers’ orders to the car anymore if it meant that the customer would have to come and get their order anyway. Which was exactly what happened, we placed our order and was told to wait in the car with the expectation that we’d receive it from someone. After about 30 minutes, I had to go in myself to check on our order. I understand that it does get busy, but it’s unacceptable that I had to see other consumers that came in later than us, go in and quickly come out with their food when we’ve been waiting for what seemed like forever.
After getting our food, I had to go back in again because it didn’t come with any chips (we ordered two signature sandwiches and one breakfast sandwich), I thought because the lady didn’t ask us what kind of chips we would like, that she would give us whatever they had. Thankfully she was kind to let me grab any from the stand hidden to the side of the counter.
The two hash browns were stuck together and our sandwiches were cold, and the bottoms of our sandwiches were soggy by the time we got home. Probably from having to sit in the bag for a while before I decided to come in and get my order.
As much as I’d love to try this place again, I think next time I’ll just wait inside the restaurant than in my car to make sure that I get my sandwiches nice and hot. The service was good, I just wish that there was a better way to know when my order would be done

I’ll give them a 4.5 star if i could! The bagels are great with many options of flavors and styles being sandwich’s and cream cheese/bagel options. Their sandwich’s are phenomenal. Sometimes their drive thru wait time is kinda long even when you’re the person at the window.

Poor experience at this location. Staff were running out of the building and having a screaming match in front of the place. There were several outbursts from the same employees. It may have been a manager for the location from what I understand. The food was greasy and I had a long black hair in my eggs. We ordered two Marlons, eggs were cooked correctly but the bagels were haphazardly cut and uneven so the sandwich spilled out the side. We waited 20 minutes for our food after ordering. Will not return to this location.

AAA +++++ I haven’t eaten bagels this good in the past 30 years. Growing up and still living in NYC I’ve had my more than fair share of bagels. This place gave me a flash back to eating fresh bagels right out of the oven in Manhattan in my teen years. Not only did I feel these were the best I’ve had in the past 30 years but everyone in my group thought the same. Definitely hands down my favorite Bagel place. I can’t wait to return.
