Used to live down the block as a kid I loved the pizza, came back now working for this city and they remember me and loved the service and pizza I would recommend their Philly cheesteak slice!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews unless the service or product is horrible. I tried calling to let them know how unsatisfied I was with the pizza & wings, but tgere was no answer. The pizza is extremely burnt and the cheese arrived completely off the pizza. The chicken wings were full of feathers, which is not hygienic or appetizing. How would any business even think is acceptable to send out food in these conditions?

The absolute worse costumer service ever. The person on the phone was completely unprofessional and the food shows how much they care. I would give a negative 5 if this app allowed me too.
On top of them not allowing me to cancel my order when they said they didn’t have what I wanted basically forcing me to pick food i didnt want. The wings smelled like they came out of a garbage can.

Extremely disappointed. Extremely disappointed. The pizza tasted rubbery. Like it had been sitting out all day and reheated. So disgusting. My delivery order was late. When I called about it, after three attempts, someone answered the phone in a rude manner and said “It will be there in two seconds!” I waited another thirty minutes. Needless to say, they lost a regular customer.

Have ordered twice Thru the Slice app.
1st time they forgot an item.
2nd time (Today 11/18/22) ordered a Pepperoni n received a Plain. Called them they send the Pepperoni, asked for the plain back (What u gonna do? Warm it up n re-sell it?) And to made matter worst there was a HAIR on the Pizza crust… SMDH

Food is good. Guy knows what he’s doing. But I’m not sure if it’s the deliveries drivers or what, I’m constantly told 1 price on the phone, but being charged 5-10$ more after. I feel like the drivers are creating fake tips.
