I am PLEASANTLY surprised by the quality and the taste of these meal prep-style meals. I chose the whole 30 weekly option and each recipe has a LOT of veggies, which I was really skeptical about being able to get myself to eat them, but the flavors are so good.
None of the meals are frozen, so I think that helps a lot in preserving texture and taste. And all of the recipes taste so different! Even when multiple use the same protein or veggie as the base.
I could honestly cry from happiness/relief that I finally found a meal prep service that makes eating healthy easy. Cooking has always been the biggest barrier in my health/fitness journey.

Wow. I was very pleasantly surprised. The service was awesome and the food was phenomenal. I got three different things and they were all mouth watering. Everything is organic farm to table fresh. It’s not a restaurant but you can heat up your food there. I feel like a million bucks after eating there and I can’t wait to go back. I wish that there was one in North Portland. I was told their menu changes weekly. Looking forward to the next treat!

This was the first time I tried this, I ordered quite a bit and genuinely forgot about it until Tuesday when I realized my food never arrived! I mistakenly used pickup instead of delivery, but I wish they’d have sent a text or something as a reminder my bad my bad. We were able to get the food on Tuesday and omg it’s fantastic!!! This is so convenient and healthy and perfect for someone like me who has loads of food allergies, I really love that the ingredients are all listed. I feel like an idiot for forgetting and so appreciate you guys hanging onto my food for a day! Will definitely order again, my only complaint other than that I didn’t have any notification for pickup, is that the salad basically came with a teaspoon of dressing. Definitely needed more, but I’ll make sure to ask for an extra cup next time. Thank you for taking care of us busy food allergy folks!

My husband is celiac and finding a gluten free meal service that actually tastes good is hard to come by. Every meal we had was seasoned perfectly and tasted delicious. Also it has been a life saver for the days and late nights in the NICU with our boy.

Stella and crew, you are lifesavers! My son and I are hooked. From your delicious meals to your cookies and muffins, the ingredients are clean, and no seed oils. Believe me, I am one mean ingredient police! They are 100% gluten-free, but you don’t miss the wheat nor the glyphosate lol! (In the US, pretty much all wheat is full of glyphosate from all the herbicides being used on the crops).Thank you for coming to Lake Oswego. We just devoured some of our chocolate chip cookies and muffins. We are now trying to practice much needed restraint for the rest of the evening.

Well this place is an absolute gem. Incredible food. Exactly what this city needs more of. I hope other food businesses take note. These are the standards that our food should meet. Clean beautiful Ingredients, no seed oils, great gluten free and grain free choices. Light, fresh, healthy!

The quality of this food and service is bar none. They are very accommodating and the meals that were prepped are very delectable. Highly recommended especially if you want to treat somebody you love and surprise them. The delivery person was so nice we almost invited them in to eat with us.
