My husband ordered a hummingbird cake from Stella’s Bakery and it was delicious. Not only did it have the perfect flavor that my grandmother used to achieve, it looked beautiful and thoughtfully packaged for transporting. I can’t wait to order from them again!

Amber, the owner of Stella Blues Bakery, was a complete gem. She took on the task of creating our custom wedding cake and we could not have been more pleased! She was unbelievably accommodating to our requests for a less-than-traditional wedding cake which included a top-tier of decadent mocha cake with a vanilla mascarpone situated on a bottom tier of Italian rainbow cookie cake. My husband and I decided to elope and celebrate our wedding intimately. Love for food has always been a huge part of our relationship and so there was a big emphasis on getting the cake to be just right- AND IT WAS! The flavors hit the mark pleasing my love for chocolate and coffee, but distain for buttercream, while my husband who wanted nothing more than a “giant Italian rainbow cookie” got exactly that. To top it off, Amber assisted with coordinating the flower decorations to match my bouquet and delivered the cake right on time with a separate box to take it home knowing we planned to freeze some and share with family. She was very communicative throughout the process which was a huge relief as a bride-to-be from out of state. Could not recommend more!!! I only wish we lived locally so that we could try her other tasty goodies!

Especially thrilled with the birthday cake that Stella Blue’s Bakery put together for my daughter’s 7th birthday. They also make the most delicious treats, from donuts, to my wife’s favorite, their campfire bites, and my favorite, their cinnamon rolls with maple frosting or their raspberry hand pies. Everything is always so scrumptious!!! A must try.

These are the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had! Seriously, so good. The ordering and pickup process is seamless and the owners are so friendly. You won’t be disappointed with the food, the price or the service! Did I say these were the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had?
