Last night I had dinner with 2 friends at this wonderful Restaurant. We all had the sea bass over risotto special. It was absolutely amazing! Wait staff was attentive and parking was very convenient. Love the warm and inviting atmosphere at this well located restaurant just off Main Street.

First time here. Sat night A hidden gem. Excellent food, friendly waitstaff, fast service, generous portions, a great dining experience. Group of 7 were very happy. Only slight criticism was risotto was ok but not exceptional. Great place to dine – would come back anytime.

Excellent on all accounts! We had a party of 8 and each meal was delicious. The staff/ manager were welcoming and made sure that our party was well cared for in a semi-private area. Perfect Italian food; gluten-free options were also available. Really nice restaurant!

This was girls night out and we always pick somewhere new. Let me tell you that Stella D’oro did NOT disappoint!! The interior of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The food was AMAZING (just look at those pictures), and our bartender/server was so kind, funny and professional. I have a food allergy and he explained every meal is made fresh so there wasn’t one thing on the menu I couldn’t order that they couldn’t accommodate. That was mind blowing to me and very much appreciated! There are also options for everyone with specific diet needs. We got there early around 515 and had no issues getting a table bit as we were leaving around 7 the place was starting to fill up. If you have a table of 4 or more I highly recommend making a reservation. Overall, this will 100% be a place we will be returning to. There literally isn’t one bad thing I could say.

Sat at the bar, and might have liked to try the food, but our bartender was uninterested in serving us other than bread and a cocktail. We waited to to put in an order for 25 minutes, but was never even asked. We left feeling underwhelmed. There was only one other couple at the bar and 2 top behind us. I guess a slow night means it’s too much effort to serve. Too bad . It was our first visit, probably our last.

Excellent food. The environment is so warming and welcoming, it’s the perfect setting. Service is great, Apps are great, and so were the entrees. The resturant is super clean. Owner is so kind. Cant wait to come back! I would definitely stop by.

We were trying to figure out where to go to lunch the other day as we drove by the old Tuscany Grille in Middletown. We realized it was open again with a new name and new owners (and a fresh face-lift). We thought we’d give it a try and we are happy that we did. The family that own it are always on site. Our server was a family member and manager (we sat at the very nice bar). His name was Emir. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions. The ambiance was great, and we enjoyed Italian music in the background. They did a great job decorating. They kept their outdoor seating area, which is in a courtyard (not on Main St like most restaurants in Middletown). There is also a free parking lot, which is a rarity on Main St.

Such a great restaurant space & the food is gorgeously presented. The menu is old school Italian and I just don’t think it works well in this more modern & eclectic setting. I imagine this food in a cozy storefront tucked away on a side street. Would love to see some lighter, modern dishes & maybe some elevated pub items. Such a big, convivial bar space screams for it.
