I haven’t been to Stramboat Bills in about 15 years and recently moved back to the area. We ordered 1lb of boiled shrimp, fried fish and fries, and Atchafalaya Dinner. It was all EXCELLENT!! We have another meal or two with leftovers. All came out quick and HOT!
3 stars for service because there was only one guy running around the dinning room, he did a great job but looked like he could have some help. Overall, 9/10 ⭐️

Great simple Cajun seafood classics and plenty of options for the less adventurous. Would absolutely come back for the food. The girl taking our order at the cashier wasn’t very helpful with how to put together the options/add-ons, could barely understand her mumbling. Our table server was great.

Twice in one week to Steamboat Bills. We were told to try the House Potato. We were on our way to Houston, so we stopped for lunch. It was busier than our last visit, and still as efficient. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thankfully, there was still enough room in the lot to park a pickup and flatbed trailer in the back.BTW, the House Potato was fantastic! And I don’t really like potatoes. We also got an appetizer size Shrimp Creole. This was the perfect size share lunch for 2 people. The service was beyond excellent

Best damn food I’ve had in a very long time! It was HEAVENLY! The best part of it is that there’s also one in Houston, which we’ll be going to very soon! It’s one of those places that tastes so good, that you’re sad when you have to stop eating because you’re too full to go on. We’ve been dreaming about it ever since. The Atchafalaya Dinner is where it’s at y’all! THE SAUCE IS EVERYTHING. We tried fried gator for the first time ever too. It reminded me of fried calamari. Just GO!

I wanted to love this after all the hype I read. I ordered the shrimp etoufee baked potato because it looked amazing. It was mid at best and the cashier was rude. $17 out the door for a potato that was overdone and nowhere near 1lb. No thank you. Disappointed.
